All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded the Prize to the ineligible person. Return of the Prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will commence 00:01AEDT on 25/02/2013 until 23:59AEDT on 24/03/2013 (Promotion Period).
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the Prize);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) of these Conditions of Entry;
(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph (b) of these Conditions of Entry includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.HOW TO ENTER
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Swisse product (Eligible Products) from a Participating Outlet (Qualifying Purchase) and complete their entry in accordance with these Terms (Eligible Entry).
Entry is via Mail (Mail Entry) and the Internet (Web Entry)
Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a) collecting a Promotion Entry Form from the Participating Outlet where the Qualifying Purchase was made (Promotion Entry Form);
(b) fully completing the Promotion Entry Form;
(c) attaching original purchase receipt relating to the Qualifying Purchase; and

Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a) visiting
www.swisse.com/competitions/ and following the links to the Promotion entry page (Online Entry Site);
(b) fully completing and submitting the online Promotion entry on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
i. all details required on the Online Entry Form, including their First Name + Surname + Street Address + Suburb + State + Postcode + Daytime Phone + Email
iii. the last three (3) digits of a Valid receipt number;
iv. indicating their acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (Web Entry).
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their entries manually using an internet browser.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means as invalid.
Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect Mail Entries or Web Entries (together referred to as Entries), or which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by the entrant.VERIFICATION
At the time of making their Qualifying Purchase all entrants must request and retain their original purchase receipt from the Eligible Product they purchased (Proof of Purchase) which corresponds to each entry they submit in the Promotion in order to claim the Prize (if won). As per paragraph 12 Mail Entrants must attach their Proof of Purchase to their Mail Entry.
If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion:
(a) appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim the Prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry; and
(b) For Web Entrants their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all entries they have submitted in the Promotion.If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the Eligible Entrant will be deemed as invalid.
The Prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. In the event that the Eligible Entrant cannot provide suitable validation or verification, the Eligible Entrant will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered.
All costs associated or arising in connection with the Prize are the responsibility of the respective Prize winner.
Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name.
In order to claim the prize, the Prize Winner will be required to sign a Promotion Participation Agreement on terms determined by the Promoter, including:
a) confirming their eligibility to enter the Promotion and compliance with these Terms; and

A random electronic Prize draw will be conducted at Prime Focus 403 / 62 Beach Street Port Melbourne 3207 (Draw Location) by a representative of the Promoter at AEDT 12 noon on 05/04/2013 (Prize Draw).
The first valid entry drawn will win the opportunity to ride in the Swisse 2 Seater Grand Prix F1 Car for a lap around the Albert Park Lake circuit and two (2) General Admission tickets to the 2014 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix on Thursday13th March 2014 and Friday 14th March 2014 valued at up to AUD $17,000 RRP (Including GST) (Prize).PRIZE CONDITIONS
The ride in the F1 Car is for the Prize Winner only.If the Prize Winner and their guest reside outside Victoria (Australia) interstate flights and accommodation will be organized by the Promoter.
Flights will be from the Winners’ nearest capital city (up to $1,000 return per person) to Melbourne on Wednesday 12/03/14 and a return flight on Saturday 15/03/14.
Accommodation for two (2) people only will be for the nights of Wednesday 12/03/14, Thursday 13/03/14 and Friday 14/03/14 in a twin share room in a minimum of four (4) star hotel.
The Prize Winner must hold a valid credit card and present it on check in at accommodation establishment, to cover any incidental hotel charges.
The Prize Winner does not (except as expressly stated) include:
I. any transport between a traveler’s residence and the departure airport;
II. any overnight accommodation while traveling to the departure airport or destination;
III. any other travel or accommodation;
IV. any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages);
V. any insurance (such as travel or health cover);
VI. any vaccinations or other medical or health related services;
VII. any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by those traveling.
If the Prize Winner resides within Victoria, the Prize Winner and their nominated companion will be responsible for transport to and from Albert Park, Victoria in order to take part in the Prize.
AGPC requires the winner to organise and undertake a compulsory medical examination (which may include an ECG test) to obtain medical clearance by the date specified by the Promoter.
The winner must consent to the test results being made available to Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Limited (CAMS) and any other person reasonably determined by the Promoter for the purpose of assessing fitness to participate in the Activity.
In order to participate in the Activity, AGPC also requires the winner to be within the following height, weight and body dimension restrictions:
- Maximum height: 1.8 m (6ft)
- Minimum height: 1.58 m (5 ft 2 in)
- Maximum weight: 88 kg (14 stone)
- Maximum girth (including upper arms): 139.7cm (55 in)
If the Prize Winner cannot attend the Prize, the Prize Winner may appoint a person over 18 years of age to participate in the Prize on his / her behalf provided that the Prize Winner gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect by 07 March 2014.

The Prize winner will be:

The Prize Re-Draw winner, if any, will be:
(a) notified by Phone and Mail; and
(b) published in The Australian on 31/07/2013.
If more than one person attempts to claim the Prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the winning entrant is.GENERAL
Each Qualifying Purchase counts towards one (1) entry only.
Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times, up to a maximum of four (4) times per household for the Promotion Period.
The Prize is not exchangeable. The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize from the time of printing Promotion materials.
If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize, subject to any directions given by State and / or Territory Gaming Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, or the Participating Outlets will be open, at all times during the Promotion Period.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to States and Territories regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry or draw mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
The:
(a) Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, the Participating Outlets and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and
(b) the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to in paragraph 41 (a), shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prize.
The Prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
CAUTION:Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.PERSONAL INFORMATION
All entries become the sole property of the Promoter.
All information Entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may be entered into a database and the Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, agencies engaged by the Promoter, or any other third party nominated by the Promoter, for the Promoter’s current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.
The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
Entrants can request access to update or correct their Personal Information held by the Promoter and may request that they not receive further Promotional or marketing communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. All Personal Information will be securely stored by the Promoter.
