MOXIE MOST WANTED WEEK FOUR: WIN 1 OF 3 NCLA NAIL WRAP PRIZE PACKS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 13 years and older. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. If you are under 18 years old as at the start date of the competition, you are required to obtain your legal guardian's permission to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. It is a condition of entry that only one entry, per person, per week will be accepted.
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences 9:30am AEST on Wednesday 17th April 2013. Entries close 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 18th March 2013 (the Promotion Period).
7. The judging will be conducted at Suite 2, 64 Sutton St. North Melbourne VIC 3051 at 9:05am AEDT on Thursday 18th March 2013. Winners will be announced on the Moxie Facebook fan page the same day as judging between 10:00am – 2:00pm AEST. Winners will also be notified via email within 24 hours. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Entry is accepted via the Moxie Most Wanted Facebook tab or mobile site. To enter, participants must submit an entry via the supplied form answering the following statement: "Where will you rock your NCLA nail wraps and why?"
9. The best and most creative/entertaining three (3) entries, as judged by the Promoter, will win. Entries will be judged solely on creative merit. Any entry not including a creative response to "Where will you rock your NCLA nail wraps and why?" statement shall be deemed invalid.
10. There will be three (3) winners in total. Each winner will receive two (2) NCLA Nail Wraps valued at AUD $36.00 RRP incl. GST. Styles that winners receive will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
11. Total prize value per winner is AUD $36.00 RRP incl. GST. Total prize pool is valued at AUD $108.00 RRP incl. GST. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
