TERMS AND CONITIONS
1. Paws pet Sitters ABN 32 136 844 123 is the promoter ('Promoter').
2. Information on how to enter and on prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. You need to be aged 18 or over to enter into this competition.
4. Entry to this competition is limited to one per person.
5. Employees of the Promoter may not participate in this competition.
6. To enter the competition, you must fill out the competition details correctly on the form and click the submit button. You must provide your name, a telephone number, postcode and an email address, if you do not have an email address you must provide a postal address.
7. The competition closes at 5pm 30 June 2013.
8. The winner will win a prize pack for their pets worth over $1,000, which includes 6 months Paws Pet Sitters membership (based on regular fees) and Pet products.
9. The winner will be picked at random out of a box and the selection will take place at the head office of Paws Pet Sitters at 12 noon on 15th of July 2013. The winner will be contacted by phone and in writing via email, if provided, within one week of the 15th July 2013.
10. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The selection is final and binding.
11. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late or incorrect entries, including any entry not received due to any malfunction, shutdown or technical problem with the internet or any computer connected to the internet. Entries shall be void if fake, forged or non-genuine in any way.
12. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters. control, the Promoters may provide a suitable replacement which is deemed by the Promoters to be of equal or greater value. Entrants will be required to email our competition manager at adrien@loveitup.com with their entry’s name, a picture of their dog and in 25 words or less,  a response to the following question : what makes your dog a winner?
The 20 best entries will qualify to participate in a voting game where the shortlisted entry with the most votes win.
Terms and Conditions

2.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3.Entry to this competition is free.
4.Entering this competition gives the Promoter (Loving Deals Pty Ltd) the right to contact you and automatically signs you up as a subscriber to receive Love it UP daily email offers. For your entry to be valid, you must remain a subscriber to Love it UP daily email offers for the entire promotional period.

21.Entrants must have full copyright ownership of the submitted images. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of copyright.
22.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
