Conditions of Offer 1. Information on how to claim the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank forms part of these Conditions of Offer. Submission of a claim in this Free SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Offer.
2. This offer applies to purchases of SNUGGLERS® Nappies boxes (60 to 108 pack counts) between 6 May 2013 at 7:00 am AEST and 16 June 2013 at 11:59:59 pm AEST (Offer Period). All claims must be received by the Promoter prior to 4:59:59 pm on 30 June 2013 (Claim End Date).3. This offer is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over. Persons less than 18 years of age, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Offer are ineligible to participate.
4. To claim a SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank (Claim), the claimant must:
1. (1) purchase any two (2) SNUGGLERS® Nappies boxes (60 to 108 pack counts) during the Offer Period;
2. (2) retain the receipt of purchase (Receipt) and the barcode from each box of SNUGGLERS® Nappies referred to in clause 4(1) (Barcode);
3. (3) log on to
www.snugglers.com.au (SNUGGLERS® Website) prior to the Claim End Date to access a copy of the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank Claim form (Claim Form) and:

1. (a) correctly complete all details requested on the Claim Form online;
2. (b) click the “claim” button to submit the Claim Form before the Claim End Date;
3. (c) print out the Claim Form and send it with the Receipt and 2 Barcodes to SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank Promotion, Reply Paid 86716, Silverwater NSW 2128.
5. Claims must be received by the Promoter by the Claim End Date. Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. The first 3,000 valid Claims received by the Promoter prior to the Claim End Date will each receive a SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank valued at $14.95. There are 3,000 SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Banks to be claimed.
7. The value of the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank is accurate at the date of commencement of the Offer Period and based on the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank after that date.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Claims and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the Claim process or for submitting a Claim that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Offer. Any Claim made with a stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognisable or tampered with Claim Form, Barcode or Receipt will be deemed void (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter).
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Claims. Any Claims received by the Promoter after the Claim End Date will not be accepted and will not be returned to the claimant.
10. SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Banks will be sent to eligible claimants by standard post. Claimants must provide a valid residential address for the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank to be sent to. Any Claim which lists a PO Box or a business address will be deemed void.
11. Claimants should allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the Claim End Date for delivery of a SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank.
12. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telecommunications, network lines, bugs, viruses or server problems, and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
13. Any Claim that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar methods will be deemed void (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter).
14. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank with an alternative product or products of equal or greater value (including where the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank is unavailable).
15. The SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. The SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
16. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
17. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of participating in this Offer. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting a SNUGGLERS® Nappies Piggy Bank is the responsibility of the eligible claimant.
19. All Claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires the claimant’s personal information in order to conduct the Offer. If the claimant does not provide the mandatory personal information requested then the claimant will not be able to take part in the Offer. By participating in this Offer, each claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the claimant’s personal information to administer the Offer, and disclosing the claimant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by participating in this Offer, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at
http://www.kca.com.au/privacy.htm. The Promoter may use a claimant’s personal information for future marketing purposes if consented to by the claimant. A claimant may access and correct any of their personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
20. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
