NRMA Insurance Free Phone Holder Giveaway Promotion - Conditions of Offer
1. The Offer commences on 19 May 2013 and ends on 20 December 2013 or until stocks last (from the 19 May 2013 to 20 December 2013). Entries will end on the 20 December 2013 and collection will end on the 28 January 2014 2. The Promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as NRMA Insurance of 388 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Telephone (02) 9292 9222.
3. Entry is open to New South Wales (NSW) residents aged 18 years of age and over who hold a full NSW Driver Licence during the Offer Period (Entrants) and who register their insurance policy renewal details at www.nrma.com.au/freephoneholder for any of the following insurance policies held with another insurer:
(i) home, landlord, car, motorcycle, life, bicycle, boat, trailer, caravan, retail business insurance or CTP
Insurance during the Offer Period.
4. For existing NRMA Insurance customers who do not hold an Eligible Policy with another insurer and are unable to register their insurance policy renewal details as set out in Item 3 above, they are required to go to www.nrma.com.au/freephoneholder and nominate to receive further information about any NRMA Insurance product listed, to be eligible for the Offer.5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion and their related companies are ineligible to be Entrants.
6. The first 40,000 Entrants who register their details as set out in either Item 3 or Item 4 above, will receive a free phone holder. The Offer is limited to one (1) free phone holder per person.
7. Entrants will receive a confirmation email from NRMA Insurance immediately after registering their insurance policy renewal details. Entrants will be required to collect their free phone holder from their nominated NRMA branch within 30 days of receiving their confirmation email by producing a copy of both:
(i) the confirmation email received by NRMA Insurance to their nominated NRMA Insurance branch either as a paper copy or on their smart phone; and
(ii) their full NSW Driver Licence to a representative at their nominated NRMA Insurance branch.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Offer or who tampers with the Entry process.
9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the free phone holder and Entrants release the Promoter from any such liability. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of the free phone holder and any expense incurred beyond the specified Offer will be the responsibility of each Entrant.
10. If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Offer, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
11. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Offer is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Offer, supplying the free phone holder and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Offer; and
ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner.
