The Promoter of this giveaway is The Paramount Apartments Melbourne.
Entry is open to all guests who are over the age of 18 years as at 1 April 2013.
To be eligible to win the iPad 4 you must :

1. Make online booking with "Paramount Apartments Melbourne" by using online booking system linked from www.theparamount.com.au.

2. Like us on Facebook, book and stay for dates between 1 April 2013 and 31 July 2013.

    In case booking is cancelled, guests entry will be ineligible.
    Any entries are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.
    In case winner is not Australian Resident, payment of AUD 550.00 will be made to the guest via PayPal. Winner must have PayPal account or obtain PayPal account within 30 days. If winner does not provide PayPal account details within 30 days, a new winner will drawn by "Paramount Apartments Melbourne".
    The winner of the iPad4 will be announced on 15 August 2013 and will be contacted by email.
    In case "Paramount Apartments Melbourne" cannot obtain a iPad4,
    payment of AUD 550.00 will be made to the guest via direct bank deposit.
