Eligibility Criteria
Entry is only open to Australian residents
aged 18 years or over.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated companies, participating stores and advertising agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotional Period
Promotion commences on 10/06/2013 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 21/07/2013 (“Promotional Period”). One (1) Weekly Prize Draw will be conducted for entries received each week from 10/06/2013 to 14/07/2013 and one (1) Major Prize Draw will be conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period.
How to Enter and Entry Conditions
Toenter, individuals must complete one (1) of the following entry mechanics during the Promotional Period:

purchase any product(s) from the eco+® soft to touch™ range by Godfrey Hirst at any participating Choices Flooring store in Australia to receive an entry flyer;
fully complete the official entry flyer, including all of the requested details and providing answers to all of the questions posed;
tick the box on the flyer to indicate acceptance of the Terms and Conditions; and
hand the completed official entry flyer to a staff member in-store.
Each individual can only enter the promotion once. For the avoidance of doubt, individuals can only enter via one (1) entry mechanic for the promotion. Entrants who enter via the Website Entry mechanic will beawarded one (1) entry into the next occurring Weekly Prize Draw (and one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw). Entrantswho enter via the In-Store Entry mechanic must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store ofpurchase, that a participating product(s) was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant
Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize Draws
Weekly prize draws will be conducted on the dates indicated below (“Weekly Prize Draws”). One (1) major prize draw will also be conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period on the date indicated below (“Major Prize Draw”). For the sake of clarity, entries received from 15/07/2013 to 21/07/2013 will not be entered into any Weekly Prize Draw, however those entries will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. Entries into each Weekly Prize Draw close at 11.59pm AEST on the dates indicated below. Entries (excluding the Weekly Prize Draw winners) in each Weekly Prize Draw will be rolled over into any subsequent Weekly Prize Draws, and all entries (including the Weekly Prize Draw winners) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. All draws will take place at Choices Flooring’s Central Office, 22-24 Manningham Road West, Bulleen, Victoria, 3105 at 3pm AEST on the dates specified in the table below. Winners will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, and their name will be published at

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw will win a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner (Model DC47 Multi-floor), valued at RRP $799. Total value of all Weekly Prize Draw prizes is $3,995.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win $24,000 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque) and a $6,000 store credit redeemable at Choices Flooring toward any product(s) in the eco+® soft to touch™ range by Godfrey Hirst. Credit can only be used towards purchases of product(s) in the eco+® soft to touch™ range by Godfrey Hirst at participating Choices Flooring stores and must be used in its entirety at a single time/in one transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, the credit cannot be used toward underlay and/or installation. In the event that the entire credit is not used at one time/in a single transaction (and during its validity period), any remaining credit will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. Credit will expire on 23/07/2014. Credit will not be valid with any other offer. Total value of the Major Prize Draw prize is $30,000.
In the event the winner drawn in the Major Prize Draw entered the promotion via the In-Store Entry mechanic, then the winner will have the option of taking the prize as $30,000 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque).General
Information on how to enter, prize draws and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize or part of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that part of the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize or part of any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or that part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is $33,995. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes, or any used portion of a prize, are not transferable, with the single exception of the $6,000 store credit portion of the Major Prize Draw prize which can be transferred by the winner to any other party (subject to prior approval by the Promoter).
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 25/10/2013 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, and their name will be published at

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render any entry submitted by that entrant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use/redemption of a prize.
As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
