FAIRFIELD GARDENS SHOPPING CENTRE “WIN $500 IN PRIZES” COMPETITION
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These official rules ("Rules") apply to the “WIN $500 IN PRIZES” promotion (“Promotion”)
conducted by YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) as trustee of the Fu Family Trust (“Trust”) and Trondage Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Sunnybank Plaza Shopping Centre, Cnr of Mains Road and McCullough Street, Sunnybank, Queensland (“Promoter”) for Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre (“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these Rules.
3. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Rules including any changes made by the Promoter, even if the entry is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.
4. The Promotion commences at 3.00pm on Friday 21st June 2013 and ends at 03:00am on Sunday 7th July 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The competition is drawn at 11.00am on Monday 8th July 2013.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
1. To be eligible to enter the Promotion (and so be an “Entrant”) an individual must:
(a) be a resident of Queensland; and
(b) completeandlodgeanonlineentryformavailableattheCentre’swebsiteat
www.fairfieldgardens.com.au (“Website”) during the Promotion Period; or
(c) complete and lodge a Facebook entry form via the Centre’s Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/fairfield.gardens (“Facebook Page”) during the Promotion
Period.
2. “Facebook” means www.facebook.com or Facebook, Inc. as the case may be.
3. The Promoter, Retail First Pty Ltd, retailers of the Centre and their respective officeholders,
employees, agents, contractors, and their Immediate Family Members are not eligible to be Entrants. “Immediate Family Member” means any spouse, child, de facto spouse or any other family member residing at the same premises as that person.
4. To be valid, an Entrant’s online or Facebook entry form (“Valid Entry Form”) must:
(a) be completed and lodged either online via the internet at the Website or via the
Facebook Page;
(b) beinthenameofonlyoneentrant;
(c) include the Entrant’s full name, telephone number, email address and suburb of
residence; and
(d) otherwise be fully completed in accordance with the instructions on either the
Website or the Facebook Page as the case may be.
5. An individual may enter the Promotion more than once.
6. On lodgement of a Valid Entry Form in accordance with these Rules, the Valid Entry Form
will be entered into an electronic database (“Competition Database”) and an Entrant will be eligible for the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) (see Rule 13).
PRIZE(S)
7. The total available prize pool for the Promotion is (at prices applicable as at 20th June 2013 and subject to variation) AUD $531.65 comprising of the following (together the “Prize”): Description of Prize and value;

TOTAL PRIZE POOL $531.65.00
8. The particulars of the goods and services constituting the Prize are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and are subject to availability. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item or service for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
9. The value of the Prize is accurate as at the commencement of the Promotion Period. The Promoter and its representatives accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
DRAWING AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES
10. The Prize Draw will be drawn electronically from the Competition Database. The Entrant whose name appears on the first Valid Entry Form randomly selected in the Prize Draw from the entries received during the Promotion Period (“Winner”) will win the first Prize listed in Rule 10. The Entrant whose name appears on the second Valid Entry form randomly selected in the Prize Draw from the entries received during the Promotion Period (“Winner”) will receive the second Prize listed in Rule 10.
11. The Winners will be notified by telephone and email.
12. The Winners must collect the Prize from the Centre’s management office on a date and at a
time pre-arranged with the Centre’s management staff.
13. To be able to collect the Prize, the Winners and (if a Winner(s) is under the age of 18 years)
their parent, guardian or adult responsible for their control and supervision (“Guardian”) must (if required by the Promoter) provide a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photograph of the Winner and/or Guardian as proof of the Winner’s and/or Guardian’s identity and age.
14. If the Winners is/are under the age of 18 years, the Winner’s Guardian must accompany the Winner at the time of collection of the Prize and if required must sign an acknowledgement confirming the identity of the Winner and the collection of the Prize by the Winner.
15. If the Prize remains unclaimed for a period of 3 months after the Prize Draw and, despite every reasonable effort being made by the Promoter and its representatives, the Winner cannot be located, then a new Winner will be drawn for the Prize.
16. All participating individuals acknowledge that the Winner’s surname, the initials of their first name and the suburb the Winner lives in, will be advertised on the Website.
17. Use and Redemption of Prizes
18. The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Any complaints about goods or services purchased or redeemed using a Prize must be
resolved directly with the service provider or retailer who supplied the goods or services.
20. The Winner is responsible for the use and safety of the Prize. The Promoter is not liable for
any lost or stolen Prize and no replacement Prize will be issued.
GENERAL
21. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
22. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter and Facebook will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of a Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
24. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
25. All participating individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or
other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize (if any). If participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize involves a taxable supply being made, then the participating individual is responsible for paying any amount charged by the entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Promoter does not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
26. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice (which is available from the Promoter) and these Rules. To change or modify personal details on the Promoter’s records, please contact the Promoter.
27. By completing and lodging an online entry form on the Website and/or the Facebook Page, all participating individuals consent to their personal information being entered onto a database, which may be made available to the Promoter for marketing purposes relating to the promotion of the Centre and retailers located in the Centre. If the participating individual is under the age of 18 and their Guardian completes and lodges the online entry form on behalf of the participating individual or consents to the participating individual completing and lodging the online entry form, then the Guardian is deemed to have consented to the participating individual’s personal information being entered onto such database.
28. All participating individuals acknowledge that their personal information is being provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
29. All participating individuals agree (if required) to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without limitation, being interviewed by television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
30. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
31. The Promoter enters into this Promotion only in its capacity as trustee of the Trust and in no other capacity. A liability of the Promoter arising under or in connection with this Promotion is limited to the amount the Promoter actually receives in the exercise of its right of indemnity from the property of the Trust.
32. The Promoter may not be sued in any capacity other than as the trustee of the Trust, including seeking the appointment of a receiver (except in relation to property of the Trust), a liquidator, an administrator or any similar person to the Promoter or prove in any liquidation, administration or arrangement of or affecting the Promoter (except in relation to property of the Trust).
