TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRIZE: Eight 750ml bottles of Penfolds Grange 1998 for a total value of $ 4,6401. Information on How to Enter and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions of Entry).
2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3 The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally.
4. All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
5. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter is Vintec Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 54 084 517 028) of 210 Crown street, Darlinghurst, NSW, (The Promoter)
PROMOTION PERIOD
7. The Promotion commences 12:00 AM AEDT on 01/05/2013 and ends 23:59 AEDT on 31/12/2013 (Promotion Period).
8. Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding those that are:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, Crown Commercial Group Pty Ltd and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 8 (a) of these Conditions of Entry;
(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter including the present promotion;
(d) Any resident of the North Territory as the North territory’s laws do not authorise the awarding of alcohol as a prize. There will be no replacement should a resident of the North Territory win one of the prizes.Eligible Entrants
The persons referred to in paragraph 8(b) of these Conditions of Entry include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
9. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Make a Purchase of any wine cabinet sold under the brands “VINTEC” or “TRANSTHERM”. The purchase should be of a brand new wine cabinet and must have been made at one of any retailers who promote and sell the Vintec and Transtherm wine cabinets in Australia (Qualifying Purchase)
AND
(b) Register his/her purchase to the Vintec club web site (www.vintecclub.com.au) by 23.59 AEDT of the 15th day of the month following the month of purchase ( For instance, a wine cabinet bought during the month of June 2013, must be registered to the Vintec Club web site by the 15th of July 2013) (Registration).
(c) Each Registration together with a Qualifying Purchase entitles the Eligible Entrant to one (1) entry into the next monthly draw. The purchaser of more than one wine cabinet will be eligible for one (1) entry for each cabinet purchased and registered.
Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name.
(d) Anyone found intentionally creating multiple Registrations to generate entries (whether using an alias, false name or abbreviated name or wrong date of purchase) will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion.
(e) If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a Prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
(f) Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
DRAWS AND PRIZES:
- From the 1st of May 2013, until the 31st of December 2013, there will be a total of 8 x 750 ml bottles of Penfolds Grange 1998 wine drawn, at a rhythm of one bottle every month.
- Each bottle is valued at $ 580, based on the auction price regularly published in the Winestate magazine. The promoter is not responsible for any large fluctuation of price after the beginning of the promotion.
- Each 16th day of the months of June 2013 to January 2014 (or the closest next working day), at noon, at Langton’s brokerage head office, Level 2, 26 waterloo street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 , the name of a person who would have made a qualifying purchase during the preceding month AND would have registered his/her purchase on the Vintec Club by the 15th of this month will be drawn.
- Method for the draw: random by computer.
- After deletion of the name of the monthly winner, the remaining names of the month will be kept on the list to be used the following month to draw the winner of that month. Each month, the list of entries will include the entries (who have not won) of the preceding months of the promotion period plus the new entries of the month. For clarification: any entry in May 2013 will have 8 possibilities to win one prize, an entry in June, 7 possibilities and so on)
NOTIFICATIONS OF WINNER
- Each winner will be contacted by email and, if necessary by phone.
- The name of the winners will be published on the promoter web site.
- The prize will be mailed to the winner within two weeks of the draw or can be picked up at Vintec’s head office.
GENERAL
- Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for Prizes being lost, stolen or damaged after they have been released to the winners.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that
www.vintecclub.com.au will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
- Prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of a Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
- The Promoter encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- All entries become the sole property of the Promoter/s.
- The information entrants provide (Personal Information) which will be used by the Promoter/s in line with the terms and conditions under the Vintec club.
- The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

I wasn't sure what dates to link it up to, and because they list the Promotion Period close as 31 December, I picked the end of each month (the date the product has to be purchased to go in the next draw). The purchase then has to be registered by the 15th of the next month. Hope that's OK. [Any help is appreciated, thanks]
