    Information regarding this offer and how to claim forms part of these conditions of entry. By participating, claimants accept these conditions.
    The Promoter is Jasco Pty Ltd, 118-122 Bowden St, Meadowbank, NSW, 2114, Australia.
    Entry to “The Original TEXTA” promotions, giveaways and competitions is only open to Australian residents. Samples can only be sent to an address within Australia.
    To receive a TEXTA Zoom Twist Crayon Sample, the claimant must:
        ‘Like’ The Original TEXTA Facebook Page.
        Access the "TEXTA ZOOM Twist Crayon Free Sample Offer" application.
        Provide their details via the online form, including their name, email and postal address.
    Claimants' personal information will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer this sample offer. Details collected for the "TEXTA ZOOM Twist Crayon Free Sample Offer" will not be provided to any third parties.
    Only one entry per person permitted for the "TEXTA ZOOM Twist Crayon Free Sample Offer". Multiple entries per person are not permitted.
    Each valid claim received will receive one sample pack. The sample will be sent to the address set out in the claim form.
    Each TEXTA Zoom Twist Crayon Sample will contain two TEXTA Zoom Twist Crayons. Samples are not for resale.
    The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
    "TEXTA ZOOM Twist Crayon Free Sample Offer" is available while stock lasts.
    If a claim is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the claim will be discarded and the claimant will not receive a communication in this regard.
    The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for user error or late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, indecipherable or misdirected claims. Once any gift has left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the gift.
    The Promoter may in its sole discretion, disqualify any and all claims from, and prohibit further participation in this offer by, any person who manipulates or tampers with or benefits from any manipulation of or tampering with the claim process or the operation of the offer (including, but not limited to disguising an IP address, using multiple email addresses or aliases to submit multiple claims for the same person, or other electronic account) or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner, acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or acts in a way to jeopardise the fair operation of the offer.
