FACEBOOK competition August 2013 SWAN VALLEY promotion1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FACEBOOK. You understand that you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions

Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Experience Perth, Tourism WA and participating businesses are not eligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 2PM WST on 7 August 2013
and closes at 5PM WST on 23 August 2013.5.
To enter, participants must:
o Become and remain a fan of Experience Perth on FACEBOOK for the duration of the competition in order to win the Prize;
o To become a fan of Experience Perth, click on 'like' on the FACEBOOK page.
o Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize
6. Entries are limited to one per person on FACEBOOK and any double entries will be removed from the prize draw excluding the clearly marked bonus entry.7. There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries.
8. Judging will take place at 2 pm on 26 August 2013 at Suite 10, 4A Centro Ave Subiaco WA 6008.
9. All Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
11. The winner will be contacted by email on 26 August 2013.
12. A FACEBOOK post will be made on the Experience Perth FACEBOOK page with the winner’s first name and last initial only on 27 August 2013.

Experience Perth and participating businesses will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.

There is one prize to be won – prize details are listed below. Taste of the Swan Valley Experience for 4 valued at $880 and includes:
- 1 night stay for 2 couples at Novotel Vines Resort in a Resort Room, including:
o Full breakfast for each guest. TOTAL VALUE $440
- Morning Speed Grazing Good Food and Wine Trail for 4 adults. TOTAL VALUE $340
- Swan Valley produce hamper featuring a selection of local food and souvenir items. TOTAL VALUE $10015. All prizes are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions imposed by each operator.
16. Prizes valid until 28 February 2014, extension of dates will not be permitted.

The Swan Valley hamper must be collected from Suite 10, 4A Centro Ave Subiaco WA 6008.18. Not redeemable for cash.
19. Vouchers must be presented for redemption.
20. If the prize is unclaimed 7 days after the first correspondence with the original winner their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
21. Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth for marketing purposes. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe to any electronic information.
22. The winning entries will need to coordinate their own travel, accommodation and booking of tours outside of prize inclusions.
