Terms and Conditions 30 Days of Fashion & Beauty 2013 Online Competition
How to enter and conditions of entry
1. Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, VIC, 3124; ABN 18 005 968 310; Ph: 1300 88 44 11.
3. This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
4. The promotion commences on 29/08/2013 at 12:00:00AM, and concludes on 25/09/2013 at 11:59:59PM (promotional period). All times are AEST or AEDST.
5. To enter this promotion, individuals must visit the competition page found on the Priceline website
www.priceline.com.au and will also be accessible from the Priceline30 Days web page
www.priceline30days.com.au. Entrants will then need to click on an interactive image on the promotion webpage, successfully complete the registration form provided and submit during the Promotional Period specified.
6. Individuals may enter this promotion only once each day.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their postal address and/or email information, are correct and up to date when entering this promotion. By accepting these terms and conditions, entrants consent to have their details updated with any new details provided for this competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
8. Where the competition is communicated on Facebook, entrants and participants in the competition acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and entrants and participants in the competition release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising from the competition. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
9. Entrants must comply with all Twitter terms and conditions, and any other policies that Twitter may implement from time to time.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
How winners will be determined and notified
11. There will be multiple prizes awarded each day during the Promotional Period. Entries for the draw open each day at 8:00:00AM and close at 11:59:59PM on the same day (Sydney local time, AEDT) as per the dates nominated on the below table. On the final day of the competition, entries will close at 11:59:59PM.
12. The winning entries will be randomly drawn on the following business day at 10.00AM AEDT at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 as per the dates nominated in the below table. Priceline will utilise an electronic draw system that has been approved to draw trade promotion lotteries electronically subject to and in accordance with the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008.
13. All prize winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the prize draw, and names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline30days.com.au on the next business day after they are drawn.
14. If any prize is not claimed by 5:00:00PM AEDST on 14/12/2013, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws as specified in the table below at the same location as the original draw. The winners of this draw will be notified by email and the names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 31/03/2014, those prizes will be forfeited.
Prizes
15. There will be 144 prize winners, details of which are provided in the table below. The below table details how many randomly drawn prizes will be awarded each day throughout September. The total value of these prizes is $16,335.35
16. Delivery timing and method will be agreed with the winners after they have been notified of their prize.

18. The prizes cannot be assigned, exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
20. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
http://www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies. Winners’ names only will be published on the Priceline website. Any further personal information will not be disclosed to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
21. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
22. The contact details of the winning entries may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfillment only and will be destroyed by the third party once the prize has been sent to the winners.
23. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
24. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
