Terms and conditions for the ‘Tell Us How goMoney™ Saved The Day’ competition

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees of ANZ (and their immediate families) and its subsidiaries and
related entities are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 9.00am on 28th August 2013 and closes at 9.00am on 18
th September 2013 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the promotion, persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit the ‘Tell us How goMoney™ Saved the Day’ website
located at http://social.anz.com/SaveTheDay, enter your contact details and tell us in 25 words or less how ANZ goMoney™ has or
could have, helped you save the day. There is a limit of one entry per entrant.
5. There will be three (3) major and three (3) runner up prize winners selected over a three week period being one major and one
runner up prize winner selected each week on the following days at ANZ Centre, 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008;

th August 2013
 4.00pm AEST on Wednesday 11th September 2013
 4.00pm AEST on Wednesday 18th September 2013
The winners will be notified by email.
6. There will be three major prize-winners selected based on the creativity of their response to the 25 words or less question. Each
winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy S4 16GB and a personalised drawing depicting the situation described in their winning entry
valued at $2,100 including GST. The personalised drawing will be posted onto ANZ’s social media channels. The major prize
winners retail prize bank value is $6,300 including GST
There will also be three runner up prize winners selected based on the creativity of their response to the 25 words or less
question. Each runner up will receive a Samsung Galaxy S4 16GB valued at $600 including GST. The runner up prize winners retail
prize bank value is $1,800 including GST.
The total maximum retail prize bank value is $8,100 including GST.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and non-cash
prizes are not redeemable for cash.
8. Tax implications may arise from the prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought.
9. ANZ reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or
not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise by 30th September 2013,
ANZ will award the prize to the entry deemed to be the next best entry. The winner will be notified in writing immediately.
10. ANZ’s artist/design agency will require the winner of each major prize to submit a picture of themselves for the purposes of
creating the drawing. The prize winners consent to having their name posted to the ANZ’s social media pages, and their name and
finalised drawing may be used by ANZ for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes
11. ANZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss),
or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. ANZ will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.
13. ANZ reserves the right to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to
run the competition due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation. ANZ will not be liable for any losses to any party
arising from any variation or cancellation.
