The health check is 10 minutes in duration and includes the following services provided by Nurse Practitioners:
Blood glucose testing
Blood pressure testing
Body Mass Index evaluation
Lifestyle discussion and recommendations
If required, the Nurse Practitioner can provide a referral to your GP for follow up testing, or a referral to speak to your Pharmacist about our range of health services including the SMS script reminder service or a MedsCheck – a review for customers that take multiple medications.
