Terms & Conditions Information on how to enter the competition and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to all members of the public who are age 18 years or older and residents of Australia only. Employees of the promoter, immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible for entry.
The Competition commences Monday 7th October 2013 (10am AEST)
and concludes Thursday 7th November 2013 (5pm AEST). Entry is made on the promoter’s website Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/Kasaustralia) and is only accessible for those who click the ‘WIN’ tab on this page at the time of entry,
limited to one entry per person. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and discarded. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to have tampered with the entry process, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical securities, administration securities, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
The five (5) winners will be drawn at random on Monday 11th November 2013 (11am AEST) at the promoter’s head office at 78 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.
The five (5) winners will receive a bedding pack including one (1) Mirage quilt set, two (2) Mirage European pillowcases, one (1) Peak cotton on canvas pink Cushion, one (1) Harpo Teal Cushion (appliqué embroidered on cotton on canvas), one (1) Teal Sheet Set 500 thread count, with a minimum value of $594.70 to a maximum value of $674.70 dependent on quilt set size selected by the winner at the time of entry. The Mirage quilt set is available in double, queen or king bed sizes.
Total prize pool has a minimum value of $2,973.50 to a maximum of $3,373.50 determined by the quilt set sizes selected by winners. The prize is not negotiable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date of publishing and the date the prize is claimed.
The winner will be notified via email and may also be notified via telephone using the details provided in their entry on Monday 11TH November 2013. The names and state of winners will be published on the promoter’s website (

http://www.facebook.com/Kasaustralia).
If the winner is unable to be contacted via the contact details provided, a “second chance draw” will take place three (3) months after the initial first draw date, drawn at random on Tuesday 11TH February 2014 (11am AEST).
By entering this competition, the entrant allows the Promoter to use an entrant's personal information, such as name, location and other information for marketing and consumer research purposes.
If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions of any relevant authorities.
All entrants consent to the use of the entrant’s name, any photograph, film and any recordings in the media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition and its outcome.
The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and residency. The suitability of the identification is at the discretion of the promoter.
