HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The competition commences on Sunday 1st September 2013 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 15th December 2013 at 23:59 (AEST) (‘the Competition Period’).3.2 To enter the competition, readers must visit the competition web page at www.odysseytraveller.com/india and answer the competition question. The answer must be of 25 words or less. This is a game of skill.3.3 Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like, however only one prize will be awarded.3.4 Incomprehensible and/or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 

4. HOW TO WIN 4.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 will be eligible for judging. The judging will take place at Odyssey Travel, 36 Young Street, Wollongong NSW 2500 from Monday 4th November 2013 at 10:00 (AEST).4.2 The Winner will be selected from all valid entries received over the Competition Period.4.3 The Winner will be the entry judged to be the most creative answer to the competition question, by the official judges.4.4 The Winner will be announced on Monday 23rd December 2013 and published on the Odyssey Travel website www.odysseytraveller.com .4.4 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provides proof of identity.

PRIZES 5.1 The Winner will receive a prize of two (2) places on the 2014 Colours of India tour, valued at $15,400, departing from Sydney or Melbourne on 13th November 2014 and returning on 4th December 2014. The prize consists of international air travel, destination transfers, a guided tour, accommodation and other specified inclusions, and exclusions including internal transfers, spending money, vaccinations and travel insurance.5.2 To redeem this prize, the Winner may be asked to provide photo identification when claiming the prize. If the Winner is unable to provide sufficient photo identification, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 5.5 The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the Winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated in these terms and conditions, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 5.10 In participating in the prize, the Winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. 5.11 During the 22day tour the winner is required to submit 4-5 blogs (250 words long) and submit 30 candid images to be used for promotional purposes, Odyssey Travel reserves the right to edit submissions for brevity and consistency.
