Join in The Big Summer Bake Off where you could win a KitchenAid Stand Mixer!

Summer is all about sweltering sunshine, lazy picnics and sharing delicious food with friends. To help you warm up for the sunny season, we’re inviting Bakers’ Corner members to enter our Big Summer Bake Off competition where you could win a KitchenAid Stand Mixer (Model KSM150 valued at $818.95 RRP) by sharing your mouthwatering summer recipes with the community.

Your recipe must embody the essence of summer – think lovely and light panna cotta, strawberries and cream meringue cakes, perfect peach tarts and parfaits with plenty of fresh berries and fruits. The judges will look at creativity, the number of votes, taste and which recipe captures the essence of summer when judging which recipe is the best.

The KitchenAid Stand Mixer is a coveted kitchen appliance for baking enthusiasts around the world, and will make a gorgeous addition to the lucky winners’ counter top. Five runners-up will each receive a copy of “Australia’s Sweet Baking Favourites” cookbook (valued at $24.99 RRP).

Entry is easy:
