TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
MANICARE GIRLS NIGHT IN COMPETITION
1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years and over, who are registered as 'liking' the official Manicare fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. If you are under 18 years old as at the start date of the competition it is highly recommended to obtain your parents’ or guardians’ permission to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
4. Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each creative response to the Entry Question is original in concept and substantially different from prior entries from a single entrant.
5. Entrants must enter in their own names.
6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Promotion commences 4.59pm AEST 06/11/13. Entries close 11:59pm AEST on 17/11/13 (Promotion Period).
8. The judging will be conducted at 105 Vanessa St, Kingsgrove, NSW 2208 on 18/11/13. All eligible entries will be assessed in the judging process. Winners will be notified via email on or before 18/11/13. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. To enter, participants must submit an entry via the supplied form (which can be accessed via the application on the WIN! tab on the Manicare fan page on Facebook thttps://www.facebook.com/manicareAUS) and answer the following question (the Entry Question): "What's your favourite way to spend a night in with the girls?". Entries that do not respond to the question will be deemed invalid.
10. The best and most creative one hundred (100) answers to the Entry Question, as judged by the Promoter, will win. Entries will be judged using the following criteria: Originality (25%), Creativity (25%) and Expression of Idea (50%). This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
