WIN! Attend The Hunger Games premiere in Sydney!1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be available to travel to Sydney between November 18-19, 2013.3. Promotion commences 00:01 (AEDST) November 07, 2013
and closes 23:59 (AEDST) on 14 November, 2013. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the promoter. The judging will take place at Promoter’s premises, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will begin on 15 November, 2013. The major prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. The runner’s up prize winners will be notified in writing using the contact details in their entry.

Limit one (1) entry permitted per person.6. This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
8. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promoter’s or their agents book publications, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
9. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.

8. The prize must be redeemed in full and as a package on 18-19 November 2013 to coincide with The Hunger Games: Catching Fire premier. The event time and venue will be notified at the point of winner notification. Hotel Accommodation is subject to Availability or change without notice. In the event the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the specified date, the will be able to transfer the prize to a nominated person of their choice. However, In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize is not redeemed on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash, nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu of the prize being forfeited
9. The winner and their companion must be 18 years and over to redeem the prize.
10. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that The Hunger Games: Catching Fire premier is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever.
11. Double pass to the Hunger Games: Catching Fire premier includes 2 tickets. The location of the seat will be determined by the promoter at its complete discretion. Any other meals and drinks (unless specified) are at the expense of winner. (The double pass is a general admission only and does not include the winner being able to walk the red carpet or participation in any initiation only or restricted access components of the event).
12. Changes to flight schedules may require additional overnight accommodation at either commencement, during the itinerary, or on completion of the trip which is at the winners expense.
13. The winner (and their companion) are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to taxes, surcharges, spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
14. Transport to and from Departure point including but not limited to additional Domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Prize also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. For the removal of doubt, taxes for domestic travel are included in the prize winning domestic airfares provided by the Promoter.
15. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner at check-in of the hotel for all incidental charges. Once accommodation is booked, the booking is non-changeable.
16. Prize values are based upon the full fare prices at the time of competition terms lodgement. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
17. Unless expressly stated in these conditions of entry all other expenses (including travel to and from the departure point) become the responsibility of the winner.
18. The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
19. The winner (and any companion) must travel on the same dates, depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Standard conditions for tickets and accommodation apply. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have all relevant documentation in order to travel. All elements of the prize must be taken together within the one trip. The Promoter will not be liable for any tickets that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the tickets are not included. Any unused tickets will not be awarded as cash.
28. Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model, finish, style etc) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
29. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
30. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Winner will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
31. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value.

34. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
35. If a medical circumstance in some way restricts your ability to enter the competition through the required mechanic, you are still eligible to enter however you must briefly state your circumstances upon entry.
36. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances/the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the Promoter requests the entrant to sign any legal documents relating to the verification of their medical circumstance, the legal documents will take the form determined by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner signs any such legal documentation.
