 National Pharmacies is offering one lucky member the chance to WIN a year's subscription of Diabetic Living magazine.

Entrants must be a financial member of National Pharmacies, fill out an entry form available online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au.

The competition will start on Monday 28th October and will go through until midnight Sunday 25th November 2013.

Terms and conditions:

1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.

2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry.

3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.

4. Only financial National Pharmacies members can enter this competition. To enter, members must fill out an entry form online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au

5. Entrants need to complete all the fields on the online form, from which the best response to the question will be chosen. Judges decision will be final.There will be no correspondence entered into.

6. The winning entry will receive a full year's subscription to Diabetic Living magazine (valued at $7.95 for each edition.)

7. The winner will be notified by telephone by Tuesday 26th November 2013 and their name posted on the website

8. Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash.
