2. The promoter of this competition is Little Leisure (the ‘Promoter’)

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
5. The competition commences at 9am (AWST) on Friday 1st November 2013
and closes at 5pm (AWST) on Saturday 30th November 2013. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
6. To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Little Leisure's official Facebook page.
7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
COMPETITION SPECIFICS
DRAW DATES
1. The winner will be drawn on Sunday 1st December 2013 by Little Leisure or one of their agents and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
2. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
3. Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE
1.
The prize winner will receive a $500 shopping voucher to be spent in either the Dunsborough or Cottesloe Little Leisure stores.2. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.
3. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. The voucher cannot be used as payment against lay-by items.
5. The voucher cannot be used on sale items.
6. You agree that the promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.
