Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry
into the competition is
deemed
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Skye Group Pty Ltd ABN: 89066197037 of 18 Forrester Street Kingsgrove, and the telephone contact number is 02 9502 6200 Promoter.

Entry is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or over and residents of Australia. However, employees of the promoter and their immediate families, agencies and companies associated with this pomotion are not eligible to enter.
4. The competition commences on 22/10/2013 at 9.00 am (AEDT) and concludes on 23/11/2013 at 5.00pm (AEDT).
5. To enter, Entrants must:
a.
tell us in 15 words or less the best things about Sunseeker; and
b. purchase a full price item of Sunseeker swimwear or clothing from David Jones. Entry Forms must be filled by out by
entrant at the point of sale at David Jones and collected by the David Jones floor staff.
6. Entries will be judged on 30/11/2013 by a panel from Skye Group Pty Ltd at 18 Forrester Street, Kingsgrove Sydney NSW 2000.
Entries will be individually judged based on their literary and creative merit and based upon the panels judgment
and discretion.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The panel will select 1 winning entry.
7. The winners will be notified by 13/12/13 via email.
8. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants in the competition may only enter once during the
Promotion Period.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to Entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses to registering multiple entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner
and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
10. Entries must be received by 5pm (AEDT) on 23/11/2013. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
11. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid
12. There will be one winning entry. Winner will receive $1000 worth of Sunseeker product of their choice, chosen from a David Jones store.
13. Total prize pool value is $1000 (including GST).
14. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash in part and/or in full.
15. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the competition.
16. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter
all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in
any aspect of the prize. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation there to and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
17. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter in to correspondence regarding the competition result.
19. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter
