$500 Fine Food Competition Terms & Conditions

This is a game of skill. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.Entry is only open to Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agencies and companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
2.The Promoter is Crabtree & Evelyn Australia (ABN 87 063 377 855) of 42-46 Fairchild Street Heatherton Victoria 3202, phone (03) 8551 1000.
3.To participate in the Competition, participants are required to register at http://woobox.com/8k2fsq by providing the following information:
   •first and last name;
   •email addresses; and telephone number; and
   •tell us their favourite Crabtree & Evelyn product and why.
   •Participants are required to LIKE the Crabtree & Evelyn Australia Facebook page to be eligible to enter the draw.
4.Participants are required to ensure that the information provided to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia for registration of the Competition is valid, complete and accurate. In the event that such information is found to be invalid, incomplete and inaccurate, the participants will automatically be disqualified from the Competition. Participants are required to inform Crabtree & Evelyn Australia of any changes to the information provided to Crabtree & Evelyn prior to the Closing Date (as hereinafter defined) by email to askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au
5.Participation in the Competition shall be via the website on Thursday 7 November 2013 at 9am EST ("Start Date"). All entries for the Competition must be submitted to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia via the website on or before Monday 9 December 2013 at 9am EST ("Closing Date"). Participation in the Competition does not depend on the purchase of any merchandise, the use of any non-gratuitous services and/or the payment of any charges and/or user fees to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia.
6.Entrants can only enter their email once.
7.To qualify for the draw, applicable persons must provide a valid email address and telephone number. The inability to get in contact with the winner within 24 hours will see the prize transferred to the next runner up.
8.There will be one major prize and the prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The prize includes: a selection of Crabtree & Evelyn Fine Foods, valued at $428, and 1 x 12 month subscription to Gourmet Traveller valued at $74.95. The total prize pool value is $502.95.
9.The winner will be drawn on Monday 09 December 2013 at 42-46 Fairchild Street Heatherton Victoria 3202 at 11am EST, and the winners will be notified via email or telephone, and their name will be posted on Facebook on Thursday 12 December 2013. The postal address of each winner will be requested and the Prize will be mailed to the advised address.
10.Crabtree & Evelyn Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Crabtree & Evelyn Australia. Crabtree & Evelyn Australia reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Crabtree & Evelyn Australia becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
11.Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Crabtree & Evelyn Australia. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Crabtree & Evelyn Australia at askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au.
12.Crabtree & Evelyn Australia accepts no responsibility for any lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The Promoter and associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of submissions, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
