HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply purchase a pack of MAYAR Twist ‘n Pins. Upload a short video of up to 1.5 mins of a hairstyle you created using the Twist ’n Pin, to the MAYAR Twist ’n Pin Facebook page and share with your friends. The most votes wins! View the video tutorials at mayar.com.au/twist-n-pin/how-to-gallery/ for ideas or just GET CREATIVE with your own style. Use a hair donut, use it with your hairnet, use the Twist’n Pin anyway you like to get a great style. You will see how versatile the Twist ’n Pin is.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia 13 yrs of age or older. Entrants under 18yrs old must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter.
Eligible entrants must purchase a set of Twist’nPins and retain a copy or the original receipt as proof of purchase together with the bar code from the packet.Competition starts 9.00 am AEST 14.11.13 and closes 9.00pm 27.12.13 you can enter as many times as you like with a different hairstyle.

Promotion Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Items 1 -15
Entry is open to all residents of Australia 13 yrs of age or older. Entrants under the age of 18 yrs must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter. However, employees and their immediate families of the “Promoter” MH Distribution Australia Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
The competition commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Thursday, November 14, 2013 and closes at 9.00pm (AEST) on Friday, December 27, 2013.
Upload to the MAYAR Twist’n Pin Facebook page a short video of up to 1.5 minutes of a hairstyle you created using the Twist’n Pin. Like us and Share with your friends and the most votes wins a $1000 BLOCH * voucher. Users can vote a maximum of once per day until close of competition 9.00 pm (AEST) 27.12.13.
Eligible entrants must purchase a set of Twist’n Pins and retain a copy or the original receipt as proof of purchase and the bar code from the packet. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase before any prize is awarded. Prizes may not be awarded if proof of purchase cannot be supplied.
If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.

If at the close of the competition there is more than one entry with the most votes, a judging panel will review the selected videos and select a winner no later than 7 days after the competition closes. The winner will be notified via email and announced on the MAYAR Twist’n Pin Facebook page. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The judging will take place at MH Distribution Australia Pty Ltd registered office.
A person who enters a competition may be required to submit personal or confidential information about himself or herself (including without limitation his or her name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, marital status, occupation, spending preferences or any other such information) (“Personal Information”) to the Promoter. The Promoter will treat any Personal Information obtained from a person who enters a competition in accordance with the MH Distribution Australia Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered.
Competition entries and material submitted in connection with any competition (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of competitors are assigned to the Promoter upon submission and become the property of the Promoter which may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of the Promoter.
Each entrant warrants that he or she owns the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in any such material submitted in connection with any competition and has full power and authority to agree to and grant the above assignment, consents and other rights to the Promoter.
The Terms and Conditions can be amended or changed at the sole discretion of the Promoter and further correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Entries must be received by 09.00pm (AEST) Friday, December 27, 2013. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the MAYAR Twist’n Pin and MH Distribution Australia Pty Ltd database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason
The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
Prize pool is $1000 BLOCH * voucher for the first prize winner with one set of MAYAR Twist’n Pins awarded to the next 10 entries in descending order of votes. Only one entrant video will be the winning entry and the runner up prizes will be awarded on a one entrant one video basis in descending order of Votes or as judged in paragraph 8.
The prize will not be exchanged for cash.
