1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry is via in-store only where promotional material is displayed.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

4. To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, purchase from a participating route store in Australia (Participating Outlet), any four (4) participating products in one (1) transaction (Eligible Purchase).
5. Multiple claims accepted however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, submitted separately and must independently comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. If an Entrant has completed an Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period, the Entrant is eligible to receive a free gift of one (1) Streets Cricket Set (Gift with Purchase) including one (1) bat and one (1) ball valued at RRP AUD$15.00 at the time of completing the Eligible Purchase at the Participating Outlet. Entrants are advised to redeem a promotional Cricket Set upon making the Eligible Purchase.
7. The Gift with Purchase can only be claimed at the point of purchase and at the time of purchase in the Participating Outlet where the Eligible Purchase was completed. Entrants cannot claim the Gift with Purchase at a separate Participating Outlet in which an Eligible Purchase was not completed or at a later time.
8. There will be 23,000 Streets Cricket Set Gift with Purchases available nationwide in the promotion - available quantities will vary per city and may vary by Participating Outlet. Gift with Purchases are available only while stocks last. If the supply of any Gift with Purchases runs out in a Participating Outlet, it is not the responsibility of the Promoter or the retailer to fulfill any Gift with Purchases.
9. Total maximum Gift with Purchase value is up to RRP AUD$345,000.
10. Gift with Purchases are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Gift with Purchases. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Gift with Purchase value. All Gift with Purchase values are at the recommended retail price including GST.
11. Entrants can only claim in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all claims of an Entrant that are deemed by the Promoter to have incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter and Participating Outlets’ staff members reserve the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s and/or Participating Outlets’ staff members’ satisfaction, to be determined in their sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, eligibility to enter and claim a Gift with Purchase, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a Gift with Purchase prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter and/or Participating Outlets’ staff members is not received by the Promoter or the Participating Outlets’ staff members or an Entrant or claim, has not been verified or validated to the Promoter and/or Participating Outlets’ staff members’ satisfaction then all the claims of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with taking a Gift with Purchase or using a Gift with Purchase, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter and its agents associated with this promotion take no responsibility for any part of a Gift with Purchase damaged or lost in transit (if applicable). All warranty claims in regards to any part of a Gift with Purchase should be directed to the applicable manufacturer and not the Promoter.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials.
14. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or if necessary to provide an alternative gift to the same value as an original Gift with Purchase subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
