JR/Duty Free competition - Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary.
2. This competition is not open to employees of Perth Airport (PAPL) or any companies or person directly or indirectly connected with this competition or family members of any of these persons.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only and is limited to 1 entry per person.4. The prize is one $500 JR/Duty Free voucher.
5. The prize voucher spend excludes tobacco, Apple products, clearance products, watches and electronics and can not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or loyalty program.
6. Redeemable at Perth Airport T1 JR/Duty Free stores only with an expiry date of 31.12.14.
7. The prize voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. PAPL decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Only one entry per person can be accepted.
9. The closing date for the competition is 31.12.13. PAPL cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not correctly provided.
10. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries are valid in accordance with these conditions and have reached Perth Airport by the closing date.
11. The winner will be notified via email or phone call within 28 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 90 days, there will be no further prize draws, as PAPL decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
12. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentation or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
13. PAPL reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in PAPL sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

16. All personal data provided by an entrant will be used by Perth Airport solely for the purposes of facilitating the competition including but not limited to publishing the name of the winner on its website, as well as providing the prize winners' details to third parties for the purposes of administering the competition.
17. All personal data will be destroyed within 120 days of the closing date of the competition, unless you have elected to receive further promotional or marketing information.
