WIN A SIMON ANDERSON '81 SURFBOARD Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open to Australian residents who have a valid FACEBOOK ID, other than employees and their immediate families of the Promoter.
One entry per person. Promotion commences Thursday 14th November, 2013 at 12:00pm (AEST)
and closes Wednesday 11th December, 2013 at 11.59pm (AEST). Registrations submitted after this date will not be eligible for entry in this promotion.
Prize draw will be held on Thursday 12th December, 2013
Individuals will gain entry to the competition by liking our Facebook Page, liking the competition post and including the #pipinghotsurffest.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that participant invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected registrations. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, name, email address and postcode) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of an entrant.s.Prize pool;1 winner will win one Simon Anderson '81 Replica Surfboard vauled at $900.
Winner will be chosen at random.
Winner will be contacted via facebook message and announced on our Facebook page and asked for a delivery address for their prize. The prize will then be delivered to them via post.
Unclaimed prize draw clause: Winner then have 4 weeks from prize draw date to provide their delivery address. Failure to do so within this time will result in the winner forfeiting their prize and another winner will be selected.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
The Promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
