TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO THIS GIVEAWAY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.
2. Entry is in compliance with the KidStyleFile website general Terms and Conditions of use.
3. Entrants must be current confirmed KidStyleFile Deals & Steals weekly newsletter subscribers.
4. Entrants must complete all requirements of the competition to be eligible.
5. One entry per IP address/email address per week is permitted. Duplicate entries with the same email address/validation code will not be included in the prize draw.
6. The competition is open to KidStyleFile website users who are Australian residents only and starts 1 January 2014 and closes at midnight 31 January 2014.
7. The winners will be randomly selected by 15 February 2014, and the winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. WINNERS MUST RESPOND TO NOTIFICATION OF WIN EMAILS WITHIN 10 DAYS OR THE PRIZE/S MAY BE REDRAWN. Winners should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of prizes.
8. The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. KidStyleFile reserves the right to change the specifics of the prize as required. The value of the prize will remain the same as the prize originally offered.
