To enter, participants must during the relevant Entry Period enter via one of the following methods:

Tune into “Justified Season 5” (“Program”) on FX Channel during the Promotional Period and take note of the current code word supplied visually on-screen during the Program’s transmission;
log on to the FX Channel website:

follow the prompts to ‘The Justified Watch and Win Competition’ page; and
provide the correct and current weekly code word;
complete the entry form with all the details required, including (but not limited to) name, address, age, phone and e-mail address. Mandatory details will be indicated on the entry form.
SMS entry:
Tune into “Justified Season 5” (“Program”) on FX Channel during the Promotional Period and take note of the current code word supplied visually on-screen during the Program’s transmission;
SMS their full name, email address and the correct and current code word to 1997 5123 (the “SMS Number”). SMS cost is $0.55 (including GST).
*Entrants will receive a reply SMS message confirming their entry has been received.
Only code words supplied at the time of the original transmission of the Program will be valid for use to enter into the Competition during the corresponding Entry Periods. The code word will change twice a week and entries which quote an incorrect or out-dated code word will be deemed invalid. Entrants acknowledge that code words which appear in subsequent playbacks of the Program, including where the Program is recorded and viewed after the time of original transmission, may be deemed invalid for entry if the corresponding Entry Period for that code word has closed.
The SMS entry mechanic is only open to consumers with a SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the promotional SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with their individual service provider in this regard. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation and not attributable to a valid mobile phone account is invalid and will not be accepted.
SMS entry cost is $0.55c (including GST) which is charged by your mobile phone carrier provider.
Entry via the SMS number is unlimited. Website entry is limited to one (1) entry per person per entry period. Only one (1) Minor Prize per person will be awarded during the Competition Period (excluding SA residents who are entitled to win more than one Minor Prize). A Minor Prize winner is also eligible to win the Major Prize.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses or SIM cards to register single or multiple purchases. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Entries must be received by 23:59 (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 February 2014. The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message or online entry is received by the Salmat Digital Pty Limited database or the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation and not attributable to a valid mobile phone account is invalid and will not be accepted.
Entrants must make their Website entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject an entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
The cost of accessing the promotional Website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner and five (5) Minor Prize Winners randomly selected from all valid entries. Minor Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period by Salmat Digital Pty Limited, at Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on the dates and times as outlined in clause 5.
The Major Prize Winner will be drawn from all valid entries entered into the competition over the duration of the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on Thursday 13 February 2014 at 11:00 (AEDT).
All attempts will be made to contact the winners. The winners will be notified of their prize via phone and in writing on the day of the draw. The Major Prize Winner will be announced on-air during the “Justified” show on Saturday 22 February 2014 and have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 24 February 2014.
Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, the Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary for the unclaimed Major Prize at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW on Thursday 27 March 2014 at 9:00 (AEDT). The winner will be notified by phone and in writing immediately after the draw and have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Thursday 4 April 2014.
Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, the promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary for any unclaimed Minor Prize at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW on Thursday 15 May 2014 at 10:00 (AEST). The winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) days of this draw.
If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
There is one (1) Major Prize and five (5) Minor Prizes to be won (each a “Prize”).
The Major Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Lousville, Kentucky, USA to attend the Kentucky Oaks® race and the Kentucky Derby® valued at a maximum of $12,400. The travel prize is for the specific dates only and must coincide with the 2014 Kentucky Derby on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 May 2014.
The Major Prize consists of:
Return economy airfares for the Major Prize Winner and their guest from the winners nearest capital city to Louisville, Kentucky, USA valued at a maximum of $6,000; and
5 x night’s accommodation for the Major Prize Winner and their guest in a double or twin share accommodation at a minimum 3 star hotel (the “Hotel”) (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), valued at a total maximum of $1,000; and
Airport transfer to and from the Kentucky airport to the Hotel, valued at a maximum of $200; and
2 x tickets to the Kentucky Oaks® and the Kentucky Derby® (1st Clubhouse – section 113, 114 or 115) on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 May 2014, valued at a maximum of $4,800; and
1 day Kentucky Bourbon Distilleries Tour for the Major Prize Winner and their guest (transfers included), valued at a maximum of $400.
The Major Prize is valued at a maximum of $12,400.
Each of five (5) Minor Prize Winners will receive one (1) FX prize pack valued at a maximum of $105.00 each and consisting of:
One (1) 1 bottle (750ml) of Kentucky bourbon (the exact brand to be decided by the Promoter at its sole discretion) valued at a maximum of $50; and
Two (2) ‘Justified’ whiskey glasses valued at a maximum of $20; and
One (1) paperback copy Elmore Leonard’s ‘Raylan’ valued at a maximum of $35.
The total Minor Prize pool is valued at a maximum of $525.00

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash (unless cash is specified).
The Major Prize must be taken in conjunction with the Kentucky Oaks® race and the Kentucky Derby on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 May 2014 (the “Event”) and the winner and their guest must travel on the dates as stipulated by the Promoter. Travel arrangements, return economy flights, accommodation, transfers and event tickets including dates, times, logistics and mechanics are at the discretion of the Promoter and must be taken as specified by the Promoter. If the Winner and their travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the Prize will be forfeited by that Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize or any element thereof.
The Major Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals, drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The Major Prize Winner and their guest companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport to and from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra or Darwin).
Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
The Kentucky Oaks® and the Kentucky Derby® tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner and/or their guest for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any component of the prize.
Fox International Channels Australia Pty Ltd, Salmat Digital Pty Limited and any benefiting parties make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
It is each of the travellers’ personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Major Prize Winner and their guest. To travel to the USA, the Prize Winner and their guest must apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation permit (ESTA) at least 72 hours prior to their departure from Australia. If the Major Prize Winner or their guest are refused entry to the United States of America for any reason or prior to their departure from Australia are not granted an ESTA, they will forfeit the Prize and no compensation or substitute will be offered.

If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the Major Prize Winner and/or their guest to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that the Major Prize winner or their guest is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Major Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Fox International Channel or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
