Entry Restrictions:


Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of a child aged between 5 and 16 years.

Entrants must have the permission of an authorized representative of the cricket team to enter the Promotion

Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period:
1. Go to the Website or visit a participating Commonwealth Bank;
2. Register their details on the form available in-store or at the Website;
3. All entries will be judged and the Promoter will determine one (1) winner.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be based on originality and creativity.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Prize Restrictions

Winners under the age of 18 years must have parent or guardian consent to register and enter the Promotion.

If the Prize winner, or recipient or participant in a challenge or activity conducted in connection with this Promotion is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of that event, as one of the participants.

Winner will be notified by telephone within 2 days of being determined.
Additional Terms
A supervising adult must be available to attend the Brisbane Heat training session with the winner and the team members. All players/parents/guardians will be required to:
(a) Complete and sign an SCA use of image form; and
(b) Complete and sign an SCA deed of indemnity and release form.
