RIVALEA AUSTRLIA PTY LTD FAMILY CHEF SUMMER PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS General Conditions:
1. This competition is being conducted by RIVALEA AUSTRLIA PTY LTD (ACN 004 892 835) of Redlands Rd Corowa NSW 2646 to be known here in as RIVALEA.
2. Information on how to enter this competition, eligibility and Prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. This competition commences at 9:00am AEDST (Melbourne time) (06/01/2014 and closes 5:00pm AEDST (Melbourne time) on 30/03/14.
4. No fee is payable for entering this competition.
Eligibility:
5. Entry is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia only.
6. To enter the competition i) purchase a specially marked Family Chef product from a participating independent supermarket ii) identify the unique code on the packaging and enter this into the competition page
www.familychef.com.au/summerBBQ iii) the entrant will be notified immediately online of their success. iv) on entering the competition, the entrant must provide a valid email and postal address for prizes to be despatched to.
7. All entries and related correspondence must be received by RIVALEA by 5.00pm AEDST on 30/03/14 to be eligible. This is an online competition only. Entries will only be accepted via
www.familychef.com.au/summerBBQ8. Employees of RIVAELA and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

Prizes:
10. One (1) winning entry will receive a WEBER™ Summit E470 LP bbq valued at $3999.0 to be delivered to a metropolitan address within the eligible states at the conclusion of the competition; 800 winning entries will win a pair of Family Chef thongs (limited sizes available), valued at $25 each. 200 winning entries will win a Family Chef Ceramic knife valued at $15 each; 500 winning entries will win a Family Chef apron valued at $15; 500 winning entries will win a Family Chef cap, valued at $10. 11. The entries must be received by 5pm AEDST 30 March 2014. If a prize is not claimed on or before 5.00pm AESDST 30 March, 2014 by a valid winner the prize will be forfeited by that winner. If a prize is forfeited by a winner/s, an un-awarded prize draw will take place, subject to any written directions of the relevant regulatory authorities. The un-awarded prize draw will take place at Level 22, 385 Bourke Street Melbourne VIC 3000 on 11 April 2014 at 10am EST. The unclaimed prize winner(s), if any, will be notified by mail or email within 2 days of the unclaimed prize draw and will have their name and postcode published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 18/04/2014. The winner of the Weber BBQ will be published in the Australia Newspaper on 18/04/2014.
11.a If an entrant is under the age of 18, they must gain permission from a parent or guardian to enter the competition. If a winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian. Prizes will be posted to winners via Australia Post by no later than 27 April 2014 with exception to the BBQ prize that will be delivered via Weber Australia.
11.b. An unclaimed prize draw for any remaining unclaimed prizes or for any prizes where an attempted delivery failed will take place at 10.00am AEST Friday 27 June, 2014. If a prize is forfeited by a winner/s, an unclaimed prize draw will take place, subject to any written directions of the relevant regulatory authorities. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at Level 22, 385 Bourke Street Melbourne VIC 3000 on 10.00am EST Friday 27 June, 2014. The unclaimed prize winner(s), if any, will be notified by mail or email within 2 days of the unclaimed prize draw and will have their name and postcode published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 2/07/2014.
12. The total prize pool is valued at $39,499.00.
13. The prize does not include insurance.
14. This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be determined by the process of entering the randomly generated 8 character code which is concealed on the competition sticker on eligible packs of Family Chef Pork, available in selected independent supermarkets in NSW, QLD, ACT,VIC and SA. Upon entering the 8 character code into the online competition page, entrants will be notified immediately of their success. The 2001 prizes will be predetermined and allocated randomly to 2001 of the 75,000 entry codes available. Rivalea will generate 75,000 random codes and allocate the 2001 prizes to these codes.
General conditions:
15. The there are 2001 prizes in the prize pool with a total value of $39,499.0
17. RIVALEA and their promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
18. The prizes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash or services.
19. RIVALEA’S determination as to the entrants who are the winners of all prizes is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
19a. printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of individual players must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
19.b. At the end of the lottery all existing claims to prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
20. RIVALEA accepts no liability for late, delayed receipt of, lost, incomprehensible, corrupt, incomplete or misdirected entries, entries which are not received by RIVALEA, or entries which are received by RIVALEA after 30/03/14 for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to technical issues with the RIVALEA website and competition application).
21. If this competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of RIVALEA, then RIVALEA may cancel or postpone the competition subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
22. RIVALEA may in its discretion amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
23. RIVALEA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for any personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with redeeming a prize or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. Entrants consent to RIVALEA using the entrants name, address, other details and photo in the event that the entrant is successful in receiving a prize in any media or promotional material for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome).
