In one very special collaboration, eighteen Australian filmmakers – including Robert Connolly, Warwick Thornton, Tony Ayres and actors-turned-debut-directors, Mia Wasikowska and David Wenham – have come together, each to adapt a chapter from Tim Winton’s haunting novel, The Turning. The series of overlapping stories – starring Cate Blanchett, Rose Byrne and Hugo Weaving – explore the turning points in ordinary people’s lives in a stunning portrait of a small coastal community.
