Entries will be registered in several different ways.

Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Malmet (Australia) Pty Ltd, PO Box
373, Leeton NSW 2705. ABN 95 001 717 791,
hereafter referred to as “Malmet”
The prize is for the use of the Celijet (Cessna Cit
ation) including pilot, for travel to and from Sydney for
1 day, for up to a maximum of 6 persons. Date will
be agreed based on availability of the Celijet,
but must be taken before 30th June 2015.
Travel time and flight plan will be discussed with
the prize winner, taking into account weather etc,
but
will be at the sole discretion of the pilot.
Prize value is approx. $9,500 , and is not redeemable for cash

Promotion closes on 30th
June 2014 at 5 pm
The prize will be drawn at random from entries rece

The prize will be drawn at Malmet (Australia) Pty Ltd, Unit 17 Slough Business Park, Silverwater
NSW, at 3 pm on Monday 7th July 2014
The prize winner will be notified within 48 hours,
by mobile phone and by email, and advertised on the
Malmet website and in the Sydney Morning Herald
Entries must be submitted on the Malmet entry form
Entrants will be entitled to entries based on the f
ollowing criteria:
Order a Malmet product for delivery and payment before 30th
June 2014 = 1 entry per
$1000 value (excl GST)
Sign up a new Malmet Preventative Maintenance Agree
ment including payment = 1 entryper machine
Meet a Malmet sales representative and discuss your
future, no-obligation requirements,
either in your office, at Malmet or at an agreed location = 5 entries
Attend Malmet Healthcare Solutions Conference in Sydney in March 2014 = 5 entries
The entry form will be available in either hardcopy
or as a download from the Malmet website and
must be completed by the entrant to participate
The entrant will complete the form based on the cri
teria for entry and submit the form to Malmet by
email or by placing hardcopy into entry box at Malmet in Silverwater
Once Malmet receive the entries they will be checke
d against the criteria above and if compliant will
be placed in the draw, and if not compliant the ent
rant will be advised immediately the reason by
email. The entrant will then be entitled to resubmi
t the form with changes made to conform with
the criteria.
Promotion is only open to persons living in NSW
The winning prize will be allocated to the person a
nd organisation nominated on the entry form. This is
not transferrable, except at Malmet’s discretion to
other persons within the same organisation.
If the prize is to be used for fund raising, then M
almet may at its discretion transfer the prize to t
he
winner of that promotion.
Promotion does not cover transfer to and from the A
irport, accommodation, meals or spending money.
All persons entering the draw must be over the age
of 18 years
The promotion is not open to employees (or their im
mediate families) of Malmet or any of its associ-
ated companies in the Celi Group
