COMPETITION TIMELINE
The giveaway is open to Australian residents (excluding ACT) only from Tuesday, 18 March 2014 at 8.00 pm (ADST) with final entries to be received at Monday, 24 March 2014 at 11:59 PM (ADST). The winners will be selected from all eligible entries before Friday, 28 March 2014 at 8:30 PM and be notified via email by MY BABY GIRAFFE at the email address provided in the entry. The winners have 72 hours to respond to this notification and produce proof of identity and Australian residency or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected and notified following the same process of draw.
The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

COMPETITION FORMAT & PROCESS This competition is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the winners.
It is mandatory for eligible entry that each entrant answers the skill based question in 25/50 words or less. Entry is only via the Rafflecopter application hosted on the participating Facebook pages. The process for selecting the winner of the game of skill will made by the promoter, MY BABY GIRAFFE, based upon the creativity of their answer to the 30 words or less question. The skill based question will be as follows:-

Entry is restricted to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older only. Entry is open to all states per the following qualifications; New South Wales / South Australia / Queensland / Tasmania: This competition is a deemed a ‘game of skill’ (chance plays no part in determining the winner of this promotion) and a permit is not required regardless of prize value. Victoria: A permit is not required for prize values under $5000 and when the competition is deemed a ‘game of skill’. Per the Act the winners name will be published on the promoter’s website for not less than 28 days. Western Australia: A permit is not required for this competition as entry is free for all participants and no money is taken for entry. ACT: Entry is not open to residents of the ACT due to their current local gaming regulations.
