TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible. This is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
2. To enter the promotion users need to visit one of the following websites:

3. Entry for the promotion is open to all Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees of MCM Media, Woolworths Group and their immediate families, associated agencies of MCM Media and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion.
4. The competition commences at 6pm AEDST on Friday the 4th of April 2014 and all entries must be received before 12noon AEST on Wednesday 16th April 2014.
5. All entries will be read and judged by a judging panel at MCM Media, Suite 103, Level 1, 355 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, at 2pm AEST on Wednesday 16th April 2014. The winners will be notified by phone and email within 2 working days of the relevant judging date. Winners will be determined on their creativity and originality. Answers that indicate illegal, and or dangerous activity will not be accepted.

TOTAL PRIZE POOL: Maximum $3,000.00 AUD + MCB Prize conditions:
The prize must be taken on the dates specified by the promoter.
Failure to take the prize on the date determined by the promoter will result in the prize being
forfeited.
Transport to and from the event and any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner. If a component of the prize outside of the promoter’s controller ie: The American Authors exclusive acoustic gig is cancelled no replacement prize will be offered.
Entry to the event is strictly limited to those 18 years and over, and ID will be checked for each person. Please ensure your bring ID as no ID will result in no entry.
The Meet & Greet element of the prize (if applicable) will include a brief meeting with the band and the opportunity of a photo with the band.
BWS supports the responsible service of alcohol. Minors and intoxicated persons cannot be admitted to or served on licensed premises and BWS reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
6. The Promoter and its employers, suppliers and any affiliates including BWS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. MCM Australia and their associated agencies, and its employers, suppliers and any affiliates including BWS and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
8. Travel must be taken on the dates specified by the promoter If the Winner and guest are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the Major Prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Major Prize or any element thereof.
9. The Winner and their guest must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city, and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure.
10. The Winner and their guest are responsible for all other expenses including additional spending money (unless specified), meals, drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
11. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
12. It is each of the travellers’ personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest.
13. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
14. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
15. All winners’ photos may be published on the websites (along with other entry pages/sites including but not limited to those belonging to the Promoter)
16. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
17. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
18. By submitting material to the Promoter, entrants warrant that the material is their own original work and that they own the copyright in their entry. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter and BWS against all claims and costs incurred arising from a breach of this warranty.
19. Entrants grant to BWS a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and communicate any entry material submitted in relation to this competition for any purpose that BWS may, at its sole discretion, determine appropriate. Entrants waive any moral rights (or any other analogous rights) which they may have in or to such material contained in an entry. Entrants agree that BWS may publish their first name and suburb only (if any) in relation to any use of the entrant’s entry material.
20. All entries become the property of the promoter. If an entrant opts in to receiving further communications from BWS and/or The Hot Hits/Take 40, entries will be entered into a database and BWS or the Promoter (as applicable) may potentially use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
By opting-in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact BWS or the Promoter (as applicable) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
22. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
