(a) Styletread Pty Ltd, Unit 3, 35 Carter Street, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127, styletread.com.au
(b) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
(c) By entering any competition promoted by Styletread you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by Styletread.
(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Styletread includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.
2. Entry requirements
(a)
Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Styletread are not eligible to enter the Competition.
(c) The competition can only be entered online via:

(d) To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Follow Styletread’s official Instagram channel at
www.instagram.com/styletread. For the avoidance of doubt, the entrant must be following Styletread on Instagram at the time of judging.
2. Regram the stated competition image.
3. Hashtag the stated competition image with #styletreadeaster.
All three (1,2 & 3) of these tasks will constitute one entry (an ‘Entry’).
4. One winner of the competition will win an AUD 150 Styletread voucher.
(e) Styletread reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
(f) Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Styletread if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
(g) One winner will be chosen at random by a member of the Styletread team to win the AUD 150 Styletread voucher.
(h) All entries must include full contact details: full name and email address.
(i) Any person who fails to provide the full information in the manner requested as part of the entry process will not be eligible for any competition prize.
(j) Entries to this competition open on Thursday, April 17 2014 at 9:01am (AEST) and will close Monday, April 21 at 11.59pm.
(k) Styletread reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.
3. Exclusion of Liability
(a) If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
(b) Any cost associated with accessing Instagram and mobile applications is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
(c) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.
4. Judging
(a) Entries will be drawn at random at the Styletread Head Office at Unit 3, 35 Carter St, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127 on Tuesday, April 22nd 2014.
(b) This competition is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random.
(c) The prize winners will be notified by email at the details provided in their entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners. Styletread will not be liable to any prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.
(d) If Styletread is unable to contact the prize winners after reasonable efforts, Styletread may assign the prize to a second winner at random.
(e) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.
5. Prizes
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
(b) Styletread will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.
(c) If a prize referred to in this competition becomes unavailable for any reason Styletread reserves the right to substitute that prize for a similar item of similar value.
(d) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Styletread accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
(e) The total amount of the voucher (AUD 150) must be redeemed in one transaction only.
(f) Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
(g) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Styletread, prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Styletread.
6. Intellectual Property
(a) Styletread may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.
7. Warranties
(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Styletread that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.
(b) If Styletread becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions , Styletread may deem that prize winner ineligible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the competition laws of Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each state and territory.
