5. The prize of a trip for two to Montreal, Canada will consist of two return economy adult flights (ex. Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne) to Montreal, four-nights’ accommodation in Montreal (min. 4-star), a tour of Cirque du Soleil headquarters and two tickets to attend a performance of Cirque du Soleil KURIOS under the Big Top in either Montreal or Quebec City. KURIOS is playing in Montreal until 13 July 2014, and in Quebec City from 24 July to 17 August 2014. If the winner chooses to travel in the 24 July to 17 August 2014 period, the prize will also include transfers between Montreal and Quebec City and one night’s accommodation in Quebec City. The prize also includes airport transfers departure/airport taxes. MC recommends winners take out comprehensive travel insurance. The prize value is estimated at $7670 (cost of flights may change the prize value).
6. Travel must be completed by 17 August 2014. If the Prize is not utilised by this date, it will be forfeited. Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel to be booked in conjunction with the concert prize element. Your travel companion must travel with you on all flight sectors. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by The Promoter and its suppliers. No cancellations, changes or refunds are available once the booking is confirmed. If the winner is under 18 at the time of travel, they are required to travel with a parent or guardian.
7. All prize travel will be subject to the airlines Conditions of Carriage. Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Airpoints DollarsTM or Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with any other carriers’ frequent flyer schemes. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Frequent Flyer points.
8. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person’s behalf.
