Australia’s Coral Coast Winter 2014 Competition - Terms & Conditions
1. By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
3. Instructions on how to enter this competition and other details contained within the advertising material for this prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition entry is limited to Australian residents only. The prize includes return air travel ex Perth to Learmonth airport only. It does not include air travel to or from other ports to Perth. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. Entrants can only enter the competition once per Email address.
6. Competition commences on the 21/4/2014 and closes at noon on the 13/06/2014.
7. The Promoter is the Blue Region Tourism Organisation Incorporated (BRTO), trading as Australia's Coral Coast, Suite 4, 1298 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005. Australian Business Number is 2871 865 4037.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at the office of Australia’s Coral Coast, Suite 4, 1298 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005, at 12:00pm on Monday, 16/06/14.
9. The winner will receive: 2 return airfares from Perth to Learmonth, 2 seats on a whale shark tour, return airport transfers in Exmouth and 3 nights’ accommodation in Exmouth. The prize winner will receive a letter from Australia’s Coral Coast which specifies prize and booking details.
10. Prize travel is subject to availability, not valid during school and public holidays, and travel must be completed before 13/06/2015, otherwise it will be forfeited. This prize cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer and is valid for two people only.
11. The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money and any other costs of a personal nature not specifically included in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Australia’s Coral Coast and prize partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
13. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and his/her nominated travel companion. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to travel for whatever reason or to use any part of the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets or vouchers are issued and the booking is made.
14. The prize winner will be notified by Australia’s Coral Coast by email on 16/06/14.
15. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address and the Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes mailed to winners who have supplied incorrect name and/or address details.
17. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
18. Officers and employees of Australia’s Coral Coast, Tourism Western Australia, and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
19. Australia’s Coral Coast and suppliers of prizes shall have no liability, in negligence or howsoever, for any accident, loss, illness, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by any individual or property arising out of or after the prize draw.
20. Entrants details to this competition may be used by Australia’s Coral Coast for future marketing and promotional purposes.
21. If, for any reason this competition is not able to run as planned including infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) or other applicable state legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s phone related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
