1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part
of these conditions. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries mus
t comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employ
ees and their immediate families of the Promoter
and its agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
3. For your chance to win 1 of 10 FREE Wendys Supa
Shakes vouchers, tell us in 25 words or less who
your ultimate SUPA hero is and why.
4. You may enter as many times as you wish but you
will be only eligible to win once.
5. The promotion commences at 02/06/2014 and closes
at 12.00pm ACST on 29/06/2014
(“Promotional Period”). All entries received after
12.00pm ACST on 29/06/2014 will not be
included in the draw.
6. The first ten creative entries chosen will be de
emed the winner and receive the prize. The winner
will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 16/07/2014 at
209 Fullarton Road, Eastwood SA 5063.
7. There are 10 prizes to be won. Prize consists of
a Wendys SupaShake voucher. RRP $6.10. Total RRP
value of prize = AU$61.00. All taxes (excluding GS
T) which may be payable as a consequence of
receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of
the winner. All other ancillary costs including bu
t
not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding G
ST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and
other transport and any and all other expenses are
the responsibility of the Prize winner.
8. The Prize must be used within 12 months.
9. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 da
ys of the draw and in writing within 14 days of the
draw.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeema
ble for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and
binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late,
lost or misdirected entries or other communications

11. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons be
yond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subje
ct to any written directions from the lottery
authorities.

other information from entrants relevant to entry i

13. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any
other person sharing the prize with the winner
may be required to sign an agreement to release the
Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter
against, any loss, damage or injury arising from th

extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the neg
ligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their na
me, image and/or voice in the event that they are
the winner in any media for an unlimited period of
time without remuneration for the purpose of
