'WIN four fabulous city escapes' Facebook Competition
Terms & Conditions Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The promoters of this competition are Experience Perth (the ‘Promoters’). PERTH REGION TOURISM ORGANISATION INC. Suite 10, 4A Centro Ave Subiaco WA 6008. ABN: 52 954 492 460.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants’ identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The competition commences at 2pm (AWST) on Friday 30th May 2014
and closes at 4pm (AWST) on Monday 30th June 2014. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth, f or marketing purposes. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information.
Experience Perth will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
COMPETITION SPECIFICS
Entry
To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Experience Perth's official Facebook page (submit this competition form).
The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
To enter, participants must:
• Become and remain a fan of Experience Perth on FACEBOOK for the duration of the competition in order to win the prize;
• To become a fan of Experience Perth click on 'like' on the FACEBOOK page.
• Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize.
Draw Dates
There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries on Tuesday 1st July 2014 by one of The Promoters or one of their agents and the winner will be notified on this day.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
A Facebook post will be made on the Experience Perth Facebook page with the winner’s first name and last initial only.
Prize
The prize components are:
Two nights’ accommodation in a Deluxe Room with full buffet breakfast for two each morning at the Duxton Hotel Perth (Valid to 30 November 2014 and subject to availability)
Two nights’ accommodation only at the Terrace Hotel Perth for two people (Valid to 14 May 2015 and subject to availability)
Two nights’ accommodation in a Deluxe Room at the Pan Pacific Hotel. Stay includes breakfast for two at Montereys, WiFi access and complimentary access to the fitness centre (Valid to 31 July 2015 and subject to availability)
Two nights’ accommodation at the Fraser Suites Perth in a One Bedroom Premier Suite for two people. Stay includes breakfast for two and complimentary WiFi access. (Available for stays on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights only, subject to availability. Valid until 30 December 2014)
Eat/Drink/Walk Perth guided walking tour (small bar tour) of the city from Two Feet & a Heartbeat (Valid to 15 July 2015)

A food and beverage voucher for the Terrace Hotel to the value of $100 (Valid to 14 May 2015)

Entry for two adults to the Bell Tower including a love lock and a $50 credit toward our Australian Fine Jewellery collection. Note the Jewellery item may be to the value of $50.00 or the customer may contribute towards a piece of a higher value. Prize is value at over $4,000. The prize nor any of the components within the prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The prize does not include any travel or incidental expenses relating to the prize. These will be paid for by the prize winner.
