Terms & Conditions for Win a Pro Scooter
The ‘808 Dude’ Win a new custom designed scooter by Apex Pro Scooters & The Bunker Indoor Skate Park competition commences at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 15 May 2014 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 31 July 2014.
How to Enter
To enter the competition ‘to win a custom designed scooter by Apex Pro Scooters & The Bunker Indoor Skate Park’ go to 808 Dude Face Book page and follow the instructions or enter via Instagram 808_dude page. Follow the instructions and answer in less than 25 words why using 808 Dude products is a ‘no brainer’?
The winner will be announced Friday 8 August, 2014 via 808 Dude FB page and 808 Dude Instagram page. The winner has 14 days to claim their prize by presenting the original receipt of purchase for 2 808 Dude products. The prize may be collected directly from Mentone Good Health Pharmacy, 30 Como Parade, Mentone, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA or once proof of purchased established the prize will be shipped. The competition is open to Australian residents only.
808 Dude Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition commences at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 15 May 2014 and closes at 11.59am AEST on Thursday 31 July 11.59pm and is open to any purchaser of any 2 808 Dude products at the same time. You must be over the age of 13 to apply on-line via FB. A parent may apply on behalf of their child under the age of 13. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter to ‘Win a new custom designed scooter by Apex Pro Scooters & The Bunker Indoor Skate Park’ complete the entry form on 808 Dude FB page or Instagram page and answer the 25 word or less question: “Why using 808 Dude products is a ‘no brainer’?”
4. This is a game of skill and winners will be chosen based on the best answer to the 25 word or less question.
5. The total prize pool is valued at $1000. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or make-up of the prize or any event that occurs that is beyond the Promoters control. The winner also acknowledges that the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. All entries will become the Promoter’s property. Each entry must be entrant’s original work and entrants agree that the Promoter may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants warrant that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.
9. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
