To be in with a chance to go to Phillip Island with two friends in October for the Australian Moto GP take a photo of yourself, your bike and the Pacific Ocean and share it with us during each month in the competition period, then work on getting your Facebook 'likes' up!

The prize includes flights, accommodation and tickets to the GP. How good is that!

The Deal
Each month from April to August there is a nominated theme/destination in which your photo must be taken.
The Coast April 1-30
The Country May 1-31
The City June 1-30
The Open Road July 1-31
The Mission
Ride your motorbike anywhere across Australia where you’ll find these destinations on the nominated month. Take a picture of the scenery, so the coast for example, with your bike in the picture. Your bike MUST be in the picture to be eligible to win!
To Enter
Like the Brisbane Motorcycle’s Facebook page, and upload your photo using the Facebook app tab. Remember to submit your photos by the end of each month!
Each month, the top three photos with the highest number of ‘likes’ / ‘votes’ will be placed into the MAJOR PRIZE DRAW held in the month of August.
A winner will then be selected by a judging panel to win a $50 gift voucher to use in-store.
The Major Prize Draw
Photos that are selected into the major prize draw will be posted on the Brisbane Motorcycles Facebook page. So remember to like, tag, and share the pictures with your friends. You could be the lucky winner!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following information relates to the Brisbane Motorcycles “Where Will Your Bike Take You?” Photo Competition:
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.
Entry is open to all residents of Queensland. However, employees and their immediate families of Brisbane Motorcycles Group and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on 1st April 2014 at 09:00 (AEST) and concludes on 31st August 2014 at 23:59 (AEST).
4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. To enter, the participants must:
(a) Like the Brisbane Motorcycles Facebook page

(c) Submit their entries (photos) via the Brisbane Motorcycles Facebook page using the Photo Contest App. Photos must be submitted in JPEG, GIF or PNG format.
6. Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
7. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to the Promoter from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
9. Entrants (including winner) must be 18 years of age or over. If the winner of prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.
10. Entries (including winner) into the competition is unlimited.
11. Entrants must:
(a) Submit photos each month by the last day of each month at 11:59 (AEST);
(b) Each month, the top three photos entered into the competition that attracts the most number of Facebook ‘likes’ will automatically be entered into the Major Prize Draw on the last day of each month between April 2014 and August 2014.
12. A judging panel will review all entries submitted into the Major Prize Draw. The entry that is judged the best entry will be deemed the major prize winner to the draw.
13. The judging panel will take place on Monday 1st September 2014 at Orange Digital, 4 Petrie Terrace, Brisbane Qld 4000. The winner will be notified by telephone and email and will be published on the Brisbane Motorcycles Facebook page on 1st September 2014.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
15. Entries for the Major Prize Draw must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on 31st August 2014. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by Brisbane Motorcycles. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
16. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
17. There is one major prize to be given away. Prize details –
- 3 x Two Day General (Grandstand) Admission tickets to the 2014 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Philip Island;
- 3 x domestic flights departing Brisbane and arriving at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport;
- 3 night’s accommodation at a Melbourne hotel (TBC);
- 2 Day Return Coach Transfers from Federation Square Melbourne to Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit for three people;
- Entry for three people into the History of Motorsport Display at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit;
- 3 x 2014 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Official Programs;
- 3 x Sportsnet Merchandise Pack.
18. TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: Approximately $3,500.
19. The prize cannot be transferred or be redeemed for cash.
20. FOR HOLIDAY PRIZES: The winner/s (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (including departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
21. The prize must be taken on exact dates 17th October 2014 to 19th October 2014 and is subject to hotel availability.
22. The winner/s and travelling companion/s are responsible for their transport and all associated expenses to and from their residence and their prize accommodation unless otherwise stated.
23. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses (including installation costs, travel to and from the event/departure point etc) become the responsibility of the winner.
24. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
25. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation including but not limited to proof of identity. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
26. Brisbane Motorcycles Group makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
27. By entering the competition, the winner and their guests acknowledge they are able to bring with them with the required clothing for this holiday at no expense to Brisbane Motorcycles or any other organisers.
28. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
30. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
31. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
32. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
33. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in any aspect of the prize (Material). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Material and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
34. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Brisbane Motorcycles

35. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
36. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
37. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.

39. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
40. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
41. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
42. Brisbane Motorcycle Group and its associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
43. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
44. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion and to be notified of any other marketing conducted by Brisbane Motorcycles and its affiliates and related agencies.
45. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Brisbane Motorcycles and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for marketing purposes conducted by Brisbane Motorcycles and its affiliates and related agencies.
