Tasmania Unbottled 2014 competition
This competition is run by Wine Industry Tasmania Ltd ("Wine Tasmania"). Competition entrants must be over 18 years of age. The prize is a non-transferable double pass only to the general tasting and masterclass in your closest city - Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney (valued at approximately A$130.00) and does not include any other costs associated with redeeming the prize (e.g. meals, transport or accommodation etc). The competition closes on the 31st July 2014. The winner will be drawn on the 1st August 2014 and will be contacted to confirm attendance.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products. The prize must be redeemed by the winner before 12/02/2014 midnight, after which the prize and the winner’s right to redeem it are forfeited.
The competition closes at 11.59pm AEST on 10th of February 2014. The winner will be drawn on the 11th of February 2014 and will be contacted on this day. Failure of the winner to respond within 24 hours will result in loss of the prize, and a new winner will be chosen. Fresh Flowers will take necessary actions to have the prize delivered on Valentine’s Day, but take no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by third parties.

Entry to the Formula One event (as defined in the Australian Grands Prix Act 1994 (Vic) (Act)) known as the 2014 FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX (Event) by any person (Patron) is subject to the following conditions:
Acceptance of Event Rules
1. For the avoidance of doubt, the meaning of the term ‘Patron’ in these Attendance Conditions includes any person who, at any time, holds or purchases or otherwise acquires a ticket, pass, credential or other document or general or specific authorisation sold or granted by AGPC allowing entry to the Event (Ticket).
2. Every Patron’s Ticket or entry to and presence at the Event is subject to:
a. these Attendance Conditions, as published or amended by the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) from time to time (displayed at Event entrances, viewable at
www.grandprix.com.au and available by contacting AGPC directly);
b. the Act;
c. any relevant regulations under the Act;
d. the Major Sporting Events Act 2009 (Vic); and
e. any reasonable directions issued by AGPC, which includes its representatives and any person appointed as an authorised person under the Act (Authorised Person) (collectively, Event Rules).
3. By entering the Event or holding a Ticket, Patrons accept and understand as binding the Event Rules and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities.
4. Any Patron in breach of any Event Rules may be refused entry or directed to leave the Event by AGPC or may be otherwise liable at law, including to a penalty issued under the Act.
5. It is each Patron’s responsibility to inform him or herself of all the Event Rules.
Warnings and releases
6. PATRONS ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MOTOR RACING, THE EVENT AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVEN (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUPPORT EVENTS) ARE DANGEROUS AND ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN.
7. Formula Fine dining prize includes:
• Access to circuit from 7pm
• 7:30pm pre dinner drinks and canapés for 8pm seating
• Special guest speaker
• Live entertainment
Acqua Panna Global Wine Experience
Entry is limited to persons over 18 years of age.
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to Acqua Panna Global Wine Experience ‘Storm in a Wine Glass’ session, 10.00am – 12.30pm on Sunday 2 March 2014, with a meet and greet with the presenters prior to the session commencing.
Competition closes Friday 7 February 2014.
The Prize is not transferable to any other Acqua Panna Global Wine Experience sessions or Festival events.
The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

Wolf Blass Premium Mixed Case
The competition will commence on 19/11/2013 and close on 17/12/2013 at 11.59pm. The winning entries will be selected by the James Halliday Wine Companion team.
Name and correct email address must be included. Entries without this information may be excluded. More than one entry per person is permitted. This competition is open to Australian residents only over the age of 18 and the winner must provide proof of age. Treasury Wine Estates and Hardie Grant Publishing’s contractors and families are not eligible to enter the competition. The competition is a game of skill and the winners will be judged on the creative answer to the competition question. The winning entries will be deemed the winners and no further discussions will be entered into.
The prizes are three cases of Wolf Blass Luxury Release wines and are valued at $467.94 each, including GST:
