Entry is only open to Queensland residents Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1stcousin.
Competition commences at 7.00am AEST on 15/07/14 and ends at 11.59am AEST on 7/08/14 ("Competition Period").To enter, individuals must complete fill out and submit the entry form at New York Slice Stores[/b]. All entries are subject to review by the Promoter for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that are in breach of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
One entry per person If there is a dispute as to the validity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the validity of the entrant.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
The random draw will take place on 7 August 2014 at 12.00 pm. Winners will be notified by email or phone on 7 August 2014 by 5.00pm AEST. The first 10 valid entries drawn will each win one double pass to the Ekka Royal Queensland Show 2014 (The Ekka) valued at $58. The passes must be redeemed between 8-17 August 2014.
A double pass consists of an admission for one day for 2 adults only.
Entries that do not win a double pass will be emailed a promotional code offering a 10% discount on Ekka tickets (redeemable at
www.ekka.com.au) and a New York Slice voucher redeemable at the New York Slice stand at the Ekka from 8 - 17 August.

Total prize pool is valued at $580. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Any costs in excess of the value of the double pass (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter shall not be liable for any family pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the double pass is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher.
If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 8 August 2014 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Winners will be notified by email.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in the event that the Ekka Royal Queensland Show is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
