Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), John Danks and Son Proprietary Limited ACN 004 037 049 (“John Danks and Son”) and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition commences Thursday, 04 September 2014 and closes last mail Wednesday, 15 October 2014. The winners will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on Monday, 20 October 2014 after the competition ends. There will be 5 winners. If the winners are not present when chosen they will be notified by phone, email and mail. The winners will be decided by a panel appointed by Home Ideas magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is a $100 Plants Plus gift voucher. The total prize value is worth $500.00. The gift card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Plants Plus garden centres. It cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. It must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card which is 18 March 2015. It cannot be reloaded with more money. You do not have to spend the whole amount on the card at the one time however you must spend over $10 with multiple redemptions. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Defaced, mutilated, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Terms of Use of the voucher will also be available at the participating store. The prize value is subject to change after printing. John Danks and Son will pay for the delivery costs of the prize to the winners and deliver the prize to the winners. Neither John Danks and Son nor Express will pay for any other costs associated with the prize. Entry forms submitted will not be returned to the entrants. By entering the competition you consent to Express reproducing and publishing in whole or part throughout the world your statement which you provided to us on the entry form which we may use in all media formats including print, electronic or any other publishing medium.
