Giveaways that are conducted as a “chance” game or lottery be noted as such within the competition mechanics. Entrants will be required to submit their name and email address and a winner will be selected at random using random.org online software. Any permit numbers required and attained for relevant Australian states and territories will be published on the post.
Entries not completed accurately or in accordance with the terms and conditions of The Promoter will be deemed invalid and consequently discounted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant details at any time and to delete an entry from an entrant who is believed to have tampered with the entry process or having provided false, misleading or plagiarised entries.

Prizes will only be posted within Australia. Prizes will be posted directly from the agency, supplier, company or brand responsible for the product. The Promoter and agencies/companies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit. The Entrant accepts that delivery may take up to 4 weeks.
Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
Competition dates are final and stipulated on the posts. No discussions, negotiations or correspondence will be entered into with Entrants regarding the time frame of the competition.
The winner/s will be contacted by email at the conclusion of the competition. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss experienced by The Entrant as a result of The Promoter’s email to the winner going to a spam folder and consequently going unread within the allocated time.
