COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Nutrients Direct’s ‘Win a Year’s worth of Protein and Supplements’ competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by Nutrients Direct Pty Ltd ABN 63 987 806 594 of 2/11 Herbert Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182 (“the Promoter”).
2. The Competition commences on 8 August 2014 and ends at 11.59pm on 31 October 2014.
3. Entry in the Competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years of age or over with only one entry being permitted per person. Notwithstanding this condition, each purchase made from the Nutrients Direct website during the course of the Competition will entitle the entrant to an additional entry such that one purchase allows two entries, two purchases allows three entries and so on. The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, their agents, contractors, consultants, their families or to other persons assisting with the Competition.
4. To be eligible for the Competition, entrants must visit
www.nutrientsdirect.com.au/competition and enter their full name, a valid email address and ‘like’ Nutrients Direct’s Facebook page.
5. The Competition consists of two prizes – one for a male participant (“Male Prize”) and one for a female participant (“Female Prize”) with the winners drawn at random by the Promoter on 3 November 2014 at 12pm at 2/11 Herbert Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182 and announced on 7 November 2014 through the Promoter’s website and Facebook page. The winners shall also receive email confirmation that they have won the prizes on offer.
6. Should the original winners of either prize not claim the prize within a period of 3 months from the date on which the winner is announced being 7 November 2014, then a redraw shall take place on 8 February 2015 at 12pm at 2/11 Herbert Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182.
7. The Male Prize consists of the following items:

9. Winners of the Male and Female Prizes will be able to choose their preferred flavour for any products available in multiple flavours however should the Promoter be unable to provide the requested flavour, the Promoter may provide an alternative flavour at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter may also provide the prizes in different pouch sizes to those listed above provided however that the amount of the various products remains unchanged.
10. Winners will be required to confirm their postal address prior to the prizes being sent with the cost of the delivery to be borne by the Promoter.
11. Winners also consent to their involvement in any and all marketing activities/events run by the Promoter throughout a 12 month period following the drawing of the prizes.
12. The prizes for the Competition are not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for money. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting directly or indirectly from the Competition except those that cannot be excluded by law.
14. All Federal and State laws and regulations apply to the Competition.
