1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to West Australian residents only.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of The Betts Group, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. The competition commences at 9.00am (AWST Australian Western Standard Time) on September 1, 2014 and entries close at midnight (AWST) on September 14, 2014.
5. Entry details:
• To enter, individuals must first purchase a Betts Kids product.
• They then complete the official entry form found online at
www.bettskids.com.au/competitions with their contact details and their Betts Kids receipt or order number.
• Lastly, they answer the question: ‘What is your favourite summer memory and why?’
Once complete and valid, online registration will provide the participant one entry in the draw. Only one entry per person. Multiple registrations will not provide multiple entries. Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible answers and details will, at the sole and absolute discretion of The Betts Group, invalidate the participant’s entry into the Competition.
6. Prize details:
• The winner will receive an Adventure World season pass for two adults and three children
• Five runner ups will each receive a two adult and three children family day passes.
7. Winners will be picked due to creativity of their answer. All entries will be judged by The Betts Group having regard to the overall quality of the response to the promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit & originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The decision on the winners will take place at The Betts Group Pty Ltd, 32 Millrose Drive Malaga WA on the afternoon of September 15, 2014 and winners will be notified by email. Winner’s names will be published on bettskids.com.au.
8. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
