SEPTEMBER 2014 PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry.
2. Participation in this competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 or over, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating pharmacies and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the competition, purchase one of the products featured in the September 2014 “Pharmacy Best Buys” catalogue (excluding scheduled medicines) (Advertised Products) from a participating “Pharmacy Best Buys” pharmacy between 8 September 2014 and 5pm AEST 21 September 2014 (Promotional Period), complete an entry form found in store, attach it to your receipt and place it in the entry box found in store within the Promotional Period. 5. For the entry to be valid, the official entry form must include the name of the entrant, permanent address, phone number, product purchased, receipt, staff name and pharmacy name where product purchased. Validation and identification must be shown if requested. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their details are correct. The Promoter accepts no liability in the event the entrant’s details or entry form is inaccurate or incomplete.
6. For the entry to be valid, the official entry form must not have been tampered with in any way. The form must not have been made illegible, re-issued, mutilated, altered, stamped paid, marked void, stolen, misprinted, counterfeit, re-constituted, or defective as this will render it ineligible for a prize.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. The draw will take place at 12 noon AEST, Wednesday 8 October, 2014, at the offices of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited: 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, 3124, VIC. Winners will be notified by in writing and winner’s names will be published in “The Australian” on Friday 17th October 2014.
9. The 1st randomly drawn entry that meets the entry criteria will win 11 Night New Zealand Cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises (New Zealand Cruise). The cruise goes from 18 December – 29 December 2015. Entrants must be available to take the cruise on these dates as they cannot be changed. 4 other back up winners will be drawn in case the others aren’t available to travel the specified cruise dates.
10. Cruise Prize Value: up to $7,528* for two people, including economy airfares from the winner’s capital city to New Zealand.
11. The next 5 randomly drawn entries, one from each of NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT, QLD and WA will each win each win a $500 Helloworld Travel Gift Card. 12. Total prize pool value is up to $10,028*. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on 8/1/15 at 12 noon in order to distribute any Prize Draw unclaimed by that date, subject to state regulations. Winners will be notified by mail. Winner’s advertisement will be published in “The Australian” on Friday 16th January 2015.
14. The Promoter is Australian Pharmaceutical Industry modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each state or territory where required

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being stored by the Promoter for the duration of the Promotional Period. The Promoter is bound to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Promoter’s office.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
19. All entries become the property of the promoter, and will only be used for the purposes of this competition. Entries will not be returned to the entrants. Judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Royal Caribbean and Helloworld prize conditions for New Zealand Cruise:
- The cruise is not transferable;
- Prize not redeemable for cash;
- No other discounts can be combined with the booking;
- The holiday must be booked before May 1st 2015 and taken on 18 December – 29
December 2015;
- The holiday is for two people and is on a twin/double share basis and is based on Superior
Ocean view Balcony Room;
- Bookings shall be accepted subject to cruise availability and the Company reserves the

- Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made;
- Travel insurance is not included and we recommend you take out travel insurance prior to
