1.             Informationon how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Byentering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms andconditions.
 
2.      This promotion is being run by Ward McKenzie Pty Ltd (ABN 52 004 586645) of 47-51 Slough Road, Altona VIC 3018 ("Promoter").
 
3.             Thepromotion starts at 10.00 am AEST on 13 September 2014. Entries close and mustbe received by 11.59 pm AEST on 23 September 2014 ("Promotional Period").
 
4.             Thetime of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by thePromoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost ormisdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for anyother reason.
 
 
Who can enter?
 
5.             Entryis open to all residents of Australia. However, employees and their immediatefamilies of Ward McKenzie Pty Ltd orThrive PR & Communications andtheir associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediatefamily means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child orstep-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother,step-sister or 1st cousin.
 
6.             Ifyou are under the age of 18 years you must have parental/guardian consent toenter. The parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions of thepromotion.
 
 
How do you enter?
 
7.             Toenter, you must, during the promotion period:
 
a.    Visithttp://www.facebook.com/McKenziesFoods ("Facebook Page");
 
b.    Submityour best "Bi-Carb Tip" featuring McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda to theMcKenzie's Facebook Page Wall, or by commenting on a McKenzie’s Facebook post.

8.             Entrantscan make unlimited original submissions based on their full name.
 
9.             Anyentry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
 
10.         Entriesthat are incomplete, incorrect or illegible will be deemed invalid.
 
11.         Allentries and the intellectual property in them become the property of thePromoter. The Promoter may use any content (in whole or in part) from theentries including reproducing (in any media and with or without accreditationas to the author) the response to the questions in promotion, marketing orother materials. The Promoter may authorise others to use any of the rightswhich it maintains as owner of the intellectual property in the entries.
 
12.         Eachentrant warrants to the Promoter that its entries are the original work of theentrant and that the exercise by the Promoter of its rights will not breach therights of any other person.
 
 
Prizes and Judging
 
13.         Thecompetition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining thewinners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based oncreativity and originality. The best entry as determined by the judges, willwin a prize.
 
14.         Thereis one (1) prize pack to be won over the promotional period. The prize packconsists of:
 
a) 1 x Better Homes and Gardens twelve month subscription (valuedat $69.95)
 
15.         Thetotal prize pool value is $69.95 (incl. GST).
